Moisturizing, shiny, plumping
This lip product is seriously awesome! It's super moisturizing but not at all greasy or sticky, and it gives my lips such a gorgeous shine. A little dab goes a long way, so I'm pretty sure it's gonna last me a good while. I'm curious to see if it'll plump up my lips and smooth out any lines with regular use. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy and would totally suggest it to anyone else.

I had an awesome time shopping at this online store. The website was super easy to get around and I found what I needed in no time. I'm a customer at Exclusive Beauty Club and I bought some skincare products from their website recently. The products themselves were great, but I was bummed out because they didn't give me an invoice for my order. I tried hitting them up a few times to ask for one, but no response. This sketchy billing situation doesn't sit right with me - it makes me worried about them dodging taxes or doing other shady stuff. Exclusive Beauty Club needs to fix this and start giving customers proper documentation for their purchases. Gotta have trust and accountability, you know?
Beauty device, return request
I recently bought a beauty device for my wife from Exclusive Beauty Club early in December. Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations, so I decided to return it. I reached out to their customer service team via email on December 17th to ask about the return process. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back. I sent another email on December 21st, but still no response. This lack of communication is really unprofessional and doesn't make Exclusive Beauty Club look good. It's clear they don't put their customers first, which is a letdown. I definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
