Tank purchase with insta-buy offer
I recently bought a tank from this online store when they had a quick purchase deal. I was really happy with the great deal I got. The whole process was simple and I ended up with a genuine product. It was checked to make sure it was real, so I felt good about my purchase. The only issue I had was sometimes they have products in stock but don't have all the accessories you might need, like replacement pods for pod mods. It can be frustrating for customers like me who want everything in one spot. But overall, I was happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again next time.
Vape products
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some vape stuff on September 28 and they said it would take 3-7 days to get to me. But I didn't hear anything about my order until I reached out to them on October 9. Turns out, there was a delay because the FDA was inspecting their warehouse. It would have been nice if they had told me about that sooner. And finally, when my order did show up on October 19, 21 days late, they only had one color that I ordered instead of all the colors I wanted. They were out of stock on everything else. Overall, the lack of communication and unprofessionalism of the company made this whole thing a really bad experience.
XROS refill pods
I ordered XROS refill pods from this company, and when a month went by with no sign of my order, I decided to reach out to them. I tried to contact them twice, but didn't get any response. I was really frustrated with their lack of communication and customer service, so I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau for help. The BBB rep gave me some info on how to escalate my complaint. When I mentioned the BBB rep in my third email to the company, my order suddenly showed up in a couple of days. It's obvious that their customer service is terrible and their delivery times are not reliable. After this whole ordeal, I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Vape stuff
I ordered some vape stuff from them and it seriously took forever to arrive, but it finally showed up and everything was fine. It's definitely not like ordering from Amazon and getting it in two days, but if you're patient, it's worth it.
