Replacement item never received
I ordered a replacement item around 6 months back. But a month after placing the order, I found out that the original item was no longer available. They asked me to pick a different item, which I did right away. However, it's been months now, and I still haven't gotten the replacement. I've sent them emails multiple times, but they haven't replied at all.
