Oh my gosh, I totally wanted to check out this app because my friend was raving about it and it seemed pretty neat. But then, guess what, they asked me to upload photos of my ID and Social Security card! I was like, seriously? I've never had to do that for any other bank or app. So I gave them a call and they were like, "It's necessary because of the Patriot Act of 2011." Like, what the heck does that even mean? I just wanted to close my account right then and there. It's just so crazy!

Fishing rod purchase
I recently got this awesome fishing rod from Tackle Direct and let me tell you, it's fantastic! It arrived in a super sturdy cardboard tube, which was great because it kept it safe during shipping. The communication was excellent, they always kept me updated on the status of my rod. And the shipping was pretty quick as long as the product was in stock at Tackle Direct. Just be careful with those sneaky customs fees, they can really add up!

App is solid
The app was kinda tough to figure out at first, especially with video editing. But once I got the hang of it, everything went pretty smoothly! It's got a ton of cool features and using it is so fun. The tech support team was really helpful and nice, which made the whole experience even better.

Mail management solution
We've been using a mail management solution from this company since early 2020 and we've had a really good experience with them. Before the COVID-19 lockdowns, we were already using their service, but we fully switched to Earth Class Mail in mid-March 2020 to make sure all our mail was going to them. This switch helped us keep operating smoothly while our staff was working from home. Looking back a year later, we're happy with the service they provide and we think they've helped us do well in this remote-work setup. We appreciate how smoothly the transition went and how efficient their services are. Thanks for the great work!

Sunglasses (one pair regular, one pair "Blue Light Mystery")
I bought a couple of pairs of sunglasses from this brand, one regular and one "Blue Light Mystery" pair, on sale for Black Friday. Sadly, when I got the "Blue Light Mystery" ones, they were nothing like what was advertised. The lenses were totally clear, no tint at all, making them look more like safety goggles than sunglasses. Even though the ad was misleading, I tried reaching out to customer service in a bunch of ways like submitting a question, chatting online, and calling for a refund or swap. But they never got back to me or fixed the problem, which left me feeling let down and unsatisfied with the whole thing. It's pretty obvious that this brand isn't keeping their promises with false ads and terrible customer service. I'd suggest staying away from them to avoid dealing with the same headaches.

Biker jacket purchase
I recently bought a biker jacket and was really impressed with the quality, but the sleeves were surprisingly short. When I tried to return it, I was surprised by some unexpected charges and had to wait a long time for my refund. Customer service wasn't much help either, and their satisfaction guarantee ended up being a complete joke.
