CD/DVD burning and format conversion software
This software is really great! I use it to burn CDs and DVDs for folks at my church who could use them, plus it can convert a bunch of different formats whenever I need it to. It's a huge help, especially when Apple stops supporting old formats. The customer service team was so nice and helpful. Thanks a bunch!

Subscription Scam
This company has been a total nightmare to deal with. They've been charging me for a subscription I never signed up for, all adding up to almost $100 over the last three years. When I contacted their customer service, I was transferred between different reps who were dodging my questions instead of giving me the info on my account or confirming that the payments were canceled. It was a huge waste of time and super frustrating. I want to warn everyone to watch out and not get caught in their subscription scam.
Awesome customer service
I gotta say, this company is amazing when it comes to customer service! I've been using their products for a while now and I really love them. I had this one incident where I lost all my data on my new laptop and I was stressing about getting it back. But they responded really quickly and sorted everything out. I was seriously impressed!

I just bought the UniConverter software and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The interface is super easy to use and navigate, which is awesome. Plus, the software has a ton of great features that meet all my needs. And the GPU usage is spot on, so it processes things quickly without bogging down my CPU.
Slow video converter
Dang, this video converter is way too slow! The ad promised it was speedy, but it's seriously dragging its feet when converting a file. I mean, I tried changing a 30-minute video to the same format, and it took a whole 15 minutes! Another converter did it in just 4 minutes. Such a letdown!

I’ve been using this video converter for years now, and I gotta say, it’s never let me down. The program itself is just fantastic, and let me tell you, the tech support is top-notch. I'm really enjoying this software! It's just so user-friendly and does everything I need it to do, and even more. The best thing about it is the customer service - they're really amazing. Whenever I run into a problem or have a question, they respond super quickly and help me troubleshoot right away. There was this one time I updated my software without a license, but they helped me roll back to the old version. I'll have to purchase a new license at some point, but for now, I'm happy using the old version. Definitely a worthwhile investment!
App is solid

Quick to install, not always reliable
I've had a bit of a mixed bag with this software. Sometimes it works like a charm, but other times it just doesn't want to cooperate. It gets on my nerves that it needs an internet connection for all conversions, especially when I'm using a VPN. The fact that it crashes every time with a VPN is a real headache that they should fix ASAP. And on top of that, hearing about McAfee raising concerns about tracking activities while I'm using the software makes me wonder how honest this company really is.
