I bought a bunch of stuff from this store because their prices were pretty good compared to other places online. But then one of the things I got was just not working out for me. So, I hit up their customer service because they say they'll make sure you're happy with your purchase. They were quick to get back to me and said they could swap out the item for something else. I said okay and paid the difference and a restocking fee. The new thing they sent me was a total dud, though. When I let them know, they said to send back both items for a refund and they'd give me a number for it. But they dropped the ball and never followed up. I kept emailing them, but they never got back to me.
