Movado SE watch
The Movado SE watch is just amazing. The design is so stylish and classy, you can feel the luxury vibe coming off of it. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship is top-notch. The bracelet not only looks good but it also glides on so smoothly, making wearing it a great experience. The size is just right, fits on my wrist like a glove. I'm really blown away by the quality of this watch and every time I wear it, I get so many compliments. The customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this watch to anyone in search of a high-quality timepiece that will last a long time. Thank you for making such an exceptional product.
Bold watch with unique design
I really love the standout design of this watch! That little dot at 12 o’clock makes it really unique compared to other watches. And the way the dark blue hands pop against the shimmering blue face is just gorgeous. It would be such a great gift for someone you care about.
Oversized sweaters
Oh my gosh, don't buy anything from this place! I thought it was gonna be this cool local shop, but nope, turns out everything is from China! I bought these sweaters that were supposed to be oversized on me, but they ended up being way too small. When I tried to return them, no one even bothered to respond to my emails! Now I'm stuck with these tiny clothes that I can't even wear and I wasted so much money. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
Battery replacement
I can't believe how crazy expensive they are for just a simple repair! I was changing the battery on my watch and lost this tiny screw. I just wanted to buy a new one from them but no, they want me to send in my whole watch, pay for the screw, labor, shipping, and tax - just for a little screw! It's so unbelievable and totally unnecessary. The customer service was no help at all and the whole thing just really turned me off.
2TB SD card
My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. It took forever to get my delivery, I was starting to think it was coming from halfway across the globe. And then, when it finally arrived, it was only a 1TB SD card instead of the 2TB one I wanted. Not gonna lie, that really irked me and made me question the quality of the product. It's safe to say I'll probably think twice before buying from them again.
Movado BOLD Verso
I was so excited to finally get this watch I've been eyeing for Christmas for my wife. But when I opened it up, the watch was just thrown in the box, bouncing around like crazy. It could have easily gotten scratched or damaged in transit. And to top it off, I paid for gift wrapping and it wasn't even wrapped! I was so let down because this watch wasn't cheap, you know? I was hoping for better quality than that.
Coach watch purchase
I was really excited when I bought a watch with both Coach and Movado on it. I thought it was gonna be a nice watch, but man was I mistaken. It looks good at first, but as soon as you pick it up, you can tell it's flimsy and not well-made. It's a letdown for sure. It's fine when it's just sitting there, but as soon as you put it on, it doesn't keep time right. Such a disappointment, wish I never bought it.
Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this store not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was pretty let down by the quality of it. The battery died quickly and the watch felt kinda flimsy, like it was made from cheap stuff. It just didn't hold up compared to other brands like Seiko. On top of that, the band started fading like crazy, making it look cheap and old. Honestly, I don't think the money I paid for this watch was worth the low quality I got.
Watch repair
I bought a watch repair service as a customer and honestly, I've been super let down by it. Even though the watch was real pretty, I had to get it fixed two times within just six months of buying it brand new. Seems like it was made cheaply or something. My whole experience with Movado has left me feeling disappointed and wondering if I can trust their products.
Watch broke in less than a year
My watch broke after less than a year, so I had to replace the whole thing. I decided to take it apart to see if it was just the battery, but turns out it needed a new one. However, because I opened it, my warranty got canceled. It ended up costing me almost $200 to get it fixed. I definitely won't be buying another one, and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either.
Movado watch
I just bought a watch from Movado, but when it showed up at my doorstep, it was all messed up. I reached out to their customer service and after waiting forever, they told me they didn't have any more watches in stock. They went ahead and gave me a partial refund on my credit card without even asking me. After some arguing back and forth, they finally gave me another refund for the rest of the money. Dealing with all of this left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by Movado's lack of communication and openness.
Delayed Order with Lack of Customer Service
I ordered from this company back on July 6th and got an email on July 8th saying my stuff was shipped from Grand Prairie, TX. It's now August 26th, and I still haven't gotten my order. Even though I insured it, I've sent over 6 emails asking about where my stuff is, and haven't heard back from them at all. The whole lack of communication and taking so long to deliver is really getting on my nerves, so I'd suggest others think twice about ordering from this company.
$200 faulty watch
I bought a watch from you guys not too long ago, paid $200 for it. Gotta be honest, I'm really not happy with the quality. I've only worn it a few times and already the finish is coming off. That's just not okay given how much I spent on it. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they weren't much help. Their only suggestion was for me to send it in for repairs on my own dime. I'm pretty sure even if I got a new watch, it would have the same problem. Seems like a quality control issue to me.
