I just bought this Larry Bird autographed poster from this company and it came a little messed up. I know things can get rough during shipping, so I got in touch with their customer service team for help. Anthony was super quick to address my issue and gave me all the info I needed to send the poster back for a new one. Quick and efficient customer service
I had a problem with my order, but this guy Christian from customer service totally hooked me up in like 15 minutes flat. He was so quick, on top of things, and just really came through for me. I'm totally sold on this site now and I'm definitely gonna tell my fam to check it out for any sports memorabilia they need.
Football display case
My football display case finally came in after waiting forever and guess what? It was completely cracked! I was so disappointed because I was excited to show off my awesome football in it. But then James from the store was amazing and really helped me out! He made sure that a new one was on its way to me and that I didn't have to deal with the cracked one. I'm crossing my fingers that the replacement comes in perfect condition!

I recently bought an autographed baseball but ran into a little hiccup when it didn't ship out on time because of some problems the company was having. But I gotta give props to the awesome customer service from one of their reps. They really went the extra mile to make sure my order wasn't left behind and kept me updated the whole time. I just bought something from this company and it got all messed up in shipping. So I hit up their customer service team and got help from Cristin and Taylor. I just bought a signed baseball from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. The ball came in great shape and looked exactly like it did on the website.
