Autographed sports photo
I was a little nervous about buying an autographed sports photo online at first, but I went for it to add to my man cave. The problem was, I had to move right after I ordered it, so the package got sent back. But, I was really impressed by how helpful the company's customer service was. Doreen got in touch with me to ask about the returned package, and when I explained what happened, she quickly updated my address and sent the item again. Her proactive and friendly approach made everything a lot easier and less stressful for me.
Return process for damaged item
I had to return something that got messed up when it arrived, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was really top-notch. As soon as I saw the problem, I got in touch with them and they quickly sent me a return label through FedEx. However, when the package was on its way back, it seemed to get lost somewhere, showing up in the tracking as stuck in one place for days. That was pretty frustrating, but the guy helping me out, Matthew, was amazing. He kept me updated through emails the whole time, making sure I knew what was going on. He also made sure that the money was returned to my credit card without any delays.
Larry Bird autographed poster
I just bought this Larry Bird autographed poster from this company and it came a little messed up. I had a problem with my order, but this guy Christian from customer service totally hooked me up in like 15 minutes flat. He was so quick, on top of things, and just really came through for me. Signed photo re-order due to lost shipment
I had a great experience with the customer service team at SportsMemorabilia. Unfortunately, my original order got lost in transit because of Covid delays. But when I contacted customer service, Tyler quickly assisted me in placing a new order for the same signed photo and made sure it was sent with express courier delivery. I was really impressed with how attentive and helpful Tyler was, and it really helped make a stressful situation easier to handle. Thanks to Tyler, I feel more relieved knowing I have support in fixing the problem. My football display case finally came in after waiting forever and guess what? It was completely cracked! I was so disappointed because I was excited to show off my awesome football in it. But then James from the store was amazing and really helped me out! He made sure that a new one was on its way to me and that I didn't have to deal with the cracked one. I'm crossing my fingers that the replacement comes in perfect condition!
