Signed photo re-order due to lost shipment
I had a great experience with the customer service team at SportsMemorabilia. Unfortunately, my original order got lost in transit because of Covid delays. But when I contacted customer service, Tyler quickly assisted me in placing a new order for the same signed photo and made sure it was sent with express courier delivery. I was really impressed with how attentive and helpful Tyler was, and it really helped make a stressful situation easier to handle. Thanks to Tyler, I feel more relieved knowing I have support in fixing the problem. I appreciate the amazing customer service and will definitely think about ordering from SportsMemorabilia again down the road.
