I just bought this Larry Bird autographed poster from this company and it came a little messed up. I know things can get rough during shipping, so I got in touch with their customer service team for help. Anthony was super quick to address my issue and gave me all the info I needed to send the poster back for a new one. My headphones totally broke and just weren't working. I tried to get 'em fixed, but no luck. The tech folks were nice enough, but still couldn't figure it out. And to top it off, they wouldn't even give me my money back. Feels like a total rip-off, you know?

Purse from Christmas gift
My husband got me this really cute purse for Christmas, you know? It cost like $700 and I was so pumped to use it every day. But you won't believe what happened. A few months later, the strap started peeling! I went back to the store where he bought it, but they said I had to contact the company. Michael Kors didn't do anything to fix it! And then the chain broke off the strap! Ugh, total waste of money. I'm super let down by the purse quality and the customer service. Definitely won't be buying from them again!

Shoes
I'm a regular at Famous Footwear and have bought many shoes there before. But on my last trip, I was bummed out to see that two pairs of shoes I got were already worn. It was super annoying and definitely not what I would think a good store like Famous Footwear would do. Even though I've been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money there, I was let down by the lack of quality control this time. They did give me some gift cards as a way to make up for it, but honestly, I'd rather just get some new shoes that are in good shape.

Misleading subscription
This app is such a rip-off! I signed up for a free trial and got hit with a surprise charge right away. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel - what a headache. The app's layout is awful, I couldn't even find the 'manage plan' page to cancel my subscription. And when I tried reaching out to customer service through live chat within their supposed hours, all I got was a message saying nobody was around. Total mess.

I always loved ordering from that online store because they had everything I needed for my house. It was my favorite place to shop.
