Return process for damaged item
I had to return something that got messed up when it arrived, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was really top-notch. As soon as I saw the problem, I got in touch with them and they quickly sent me a return label through FedEx. However, when the package was on its way back, it seemed to get lost somewhere, showing up in the tracking as stuck in one place for days. That was pretty frustrating, but the guy helping me out, Matthew, was amazing. He kept me updated through emails the whole time, making sure I knew what was going on. He also made sure that the money was returned to my credit card without any delays.
