Purchased shoes for a family member
I ordered some shoes for a family member from this company, but I never got them since they were left at my door and taken. Dealing with customer service has been a real letdown, as they haven't offered to replace the shoes or refund my money. It was a surprise to see all the bad reviews about this company after what happened to me. I've tried contacting them several times, but all they say is that they'll look into it. Very frustrating and disappointing overall.

Replacement of damaged bag strap
I reached out to the company because I needed a new strap for my bag, and I was so happy with how fast they got back to me. They replied within a day and said they would send the replacement right away. And they did! The new strap showed up in less than a week. I was really impressed by how quickly they handled everything and how good their customer service was. Troubadour has really set the bar high for other companies on how to treat their customers. I was super happy with how everything went and would totally recommend them to anyone.

Cavapoo training advice
Ignoring bad behavior has actually worked surprisingly well with my cavapoo. I never would have guessed to try that approach, since I usually tend to scold when she misbehaves. My little energetic cavapoo is starting to catch on, although potty training is proving to be tough. She can be outside for a while and then come back in to have accidents on the carpet or rug. If you have any tips on potty training, I would really appreciate it!

Online order on Black Friday
I recently made my first online purchase during the Black Friday sale, expecting it to show up in 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I found out that DPD, the courier they use, had lost my package. I had to contact customer service on December 4th to even hear about it. JD Sports didn't keep me in the loop at all, which was frustrating and made me doubt their customer service. I've been trying to get a refund by emailing and calling customer service several times, but each time I get a different answer. Dealing with this has been a pain, and it's disappointing that JD Sports doesn't take responsibility or seem to care about their customers. At this point, I just want my money back since I've accepted that my package is gone. Overall, my first online shopping experience with JD Sports has been really disappointing.

This app subscription is totally worth it! I started off with the free version and was already impressed, but upgrading to the premium subscription was like finding a gold mine of knowledge. There are so many different topics and titles to choose from, and I really enjoy how it encourages me to dive into new subjects I may not have thought about before. package stuck at customs
Alright, so I ordered something from this place and my package has been trapped in customs for like, two days already! I've called and sent emails, but they still haven't sorted it out! I mean, why is it dragging on like this? They promised to cover the customs fees, but they still haven't taken care of it. It's getting on my nerves, I just want to get my hands on my stuff already!

Hiking shoes
I just bought some hiking shoes from this store, and let me tell you, they are amazing! Super comfy and tough as nails, they've been perfect for all my hiking trips.
