Wrongly Delivered Order
I messed up when I ordered and put in the wrong address for delivery. I reached out to customer service right away, but didn't hear back for days. When they finally got back to me, they said it was my fault and I had to deal with the shoes being sent to the wrong place. The lack of help and their attitude really let me down. They didn't offer a refund or any extra support, so I was just left feeling upset and brushed off.
Purchased shoes for a family member
I ordered some shoes for a family member from this company, but I never got them since they were left at my door and taken. Dealing with customer service has been a real letdown, as they haven't offered to replace the shoes or refund my money. It was a surprise to see all the bad reviews about this company after what happened to me. I've tried contacting them several times, but all they say is that they'll look into it. I just wanted to share that I bought something online not too long ago but never got it. I just bought a pair of shoes from this store and man, they were terrible quality. I only wore them once before the sole started ripping off. Men's zerogrand shoes size 12
I bought some men's Zerogrand shoes in size 12, but when they arrived, they sent me women's size 9 boots instead. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a return label. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my replacement or a refund. I've called and emailed them several times, but they haven't fixed the problem. Their customer service has been really bad and unhelpful. I'm not happy with how they've handled this and would caution against buying directly from them after this experience.
Men's shoes, high price
I just got these men's shoes that were crazy expensive, but they totally fell apart after just a few times wearing them. The toe just disintegrated! And when I tried to complain to customer service, all they gave me was a lousy 30% off coupon for another pair of expensive shoes that I bet will fall apart too. The quality and customer service is seriously lacking, it's so disappointing.
Comfortable shoes

Do yourself a favor and go with a more trustworthy brand like Johnson & Murphy instead.

The Men's 4.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford might seem trendy at first glance, but honestly, when you take a good look, you can tell that the quality doesn't really live up to the price tag. The leather feels thin and the fake material on the back just feels...well, cheap. I wore them for just one night and already they're showing wear and tear. The inner sock feels too loose and the soles seem like they're made from some bargain basement material. To be honest, I'm super let down by the price I paid for these shoes.

I bought these black sneakers from this company, thinking they'd look good based on the website pictures. But man, was I let down. Not only were they uncomfortable, but the quality was really bad once I got them in person. I wouldn't suggest using these for sports because they're just not well-made. I just got these shoes from the store, but they're the wrong size. So, I called customer service right away to try and fix it, but they said no can do. And get this - they wouldn't even take the shoes back, even though they hadn't even shipped them out yet! It was a letdown, really got me all worked up.

I bought a pair of shoes at the Marina Mall store in Abu Dhabi recently, and unfortunately, I found out they were defective after only wearing them a few times. When I went back to ask for an exchange or refund, the manager tried to avoid me at first by hiding in the back and telling her staff to lie about her being there. When I finally confronted her, she was rude and unprofessional, flat out refusing to help and saying their shoes never have issues. I even tried to take the problem to the company's main office in Dubai, but got the same kind of unprofessional treatment and greed. It was really disappointing to see such disrespect and lack of care toward customers from an international brand.
