Removal of queen size mattress
I recently had to get rid of a queen size mattress from my second-floor condo. It was easy to schedule the pick-up time. The crew called beforehand, showed up on time, and quickly took away the mattress in just a few minutes. They were really nice and handled the heavy mattress like pros. All in all, my experience with LoadUp Junk Removal was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them.

Makeup products purchase
I had such a great time shopping online with this company. Their products like foundations, highlighters, and palettes are seriously top-notch and super high quality. I was especially impressed with the pencil eyeliner I got recently. It showed up right on time and in perfect shape, just like everything else I've gotten from them. The prices are a little high, but honestly, the stuff is so good that I don't mind paying a little extra. I'd rather have products with safe ingredients even if it costs more. The only bummer is that some products have Titanium Dioxide, which I try to steer clear of, but at least they're upfront about it in their labeling. All in all, I'm really happy with the stuff I've bought from this brand.

I used to really like this brand, but man, my last order was a mess. The packaging was terrible and my Chaga Extract bottle arrived broken because it wasn't packed properly. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it seemed like they didn't even care about my problem. Clearly, they care more about advertising than making sure their products are top-notch.

Expensive boot type shoes
I bought these really fancy boots not too long ago, and man, was I bummed out by how quickly they fell apart. Seriously, I put them on, strutted around a bit, and bam - the soles and heels were in shambles. Took 'em to a shoe fix-it spot, and they told me it's a common issue with that brand. Apparently, the shoes are good for maybe 2-4 years tops. When I reached out to customer service, they shrugged and said there's no guarantee after a year. No way I'm buying from them again.

I just got some stuff online and it was great! They shipped it out fast and it came in good packaging. The stuff I got is legit and there were a lot of options to pick from. I loved that I could customize my football shirts, that was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm a happy customer and I'd rate it a solid 10/10. The best part was finding the German DNA Hoodie, that's not easy to find anywhere else.

This company is misleading. It looks like they are in the US but my item is coming from China. I ordered my suit on 7/18/2020, it is now 8/25/2020 and I have yet to receive my package. I have contacted them several times and continue to be told that once it leaves their warehouse it's out of their hands! Horrible customer service. Don't buy from them!

Child’s masks
My 7 year old loved the look of the masks, and I loved the material used to make them. Our only negative was that they were to big. I sewed a piece of elastic to fit on the back and now they fit perfect.
I ordered two of the masks for my granddaughter who is six years old. She loved them! I was worried about her not wanting to wear a mask but when these arrived she wouldn’t take one off. Everything about him is great and the company is a good company. I would order from them again!
I have had the same issues. Absolutely horrible customer service. Package came from China. Website shows they are in the US. I ordered 2 swimsuits in June and just received them in September. I asked to return and they want me to mail them back to China at my expense and will only receive store credit.
