Natural shampoo purchase
So, I recently got my hands on some natural shampoos from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed! The glossy locks, honey and coconut, and Burdock and Neem shampoos have all done wonders for my hair. Next up, I'm excited to try out their fruit pigmented makeup.
I did hit a bump in the road when my order got lost at first, but the customer service team was on it and sent me a new set right away. As a newbie to this company, that really showed me they care about their customers. They're all about making sure everyone has a good experience.
The only downside is that they sometimes run out of stock, but that's just the nature of all-natural products. They did send me an email letting me know they're working on improving their inventory management, so that's a plus.
Overall, I'm beyond happy with my purchase and definitely recommend trying their products.Makeup products purchase
I had such a great time shopping online with this company. Their products like foundations, highlighters, and palettes are seriously top-notch and super high quality. I was especially impressed with the pencil eyeliner I got recently. It showed up right on time and in perfect shape, just like everything else I've gotten from them. The prices are a little high, but honestly, the stuff is so good that I don't mind paying a little extra. I'd rather have products with safe ingredients even if it costs more. The only bummer is that some products have Titanium Dioxide, which I try to steer clear of, but at least they're upfront about it in their labeling. All in all, I'm really happy with the stuff I've bought from this brand.
Haircare products purchase
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I really had to share my great experience with this company. So, a friend recommended some hair products to me and I was shocked by how well they worked. My bleached hair looked amazing - the color stayed vibrant and my hair felt super soft and hydrated. Then, during a Black Friday sale, I went a little crazy and bought more than I should have. I tried to cancel my order, but it was already on its way. Luckily, the customer service was top-notch. The person I talked to was so helpful, understanding, and actually gave me a full refund, telling me to keep the products too. I was blown away by how nice and generous they were. I'll definitely be sticking with this company and their products from now on.

i had no expectation from this website, i thought yeah lily its good and just try it

I am obsessed with this company! Their makeup is seriously the best and I love that it's all natural. They don't use any fake stuff, just real, effective makeup. I can't stop raving about them, they're honestly the greatest! ♥️❤️
Natural products, moisturizers, masks, coffee cream
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this brand and everything is made with natural ingredients and no yucky toxins. The coffee cream was my jam because it actually made my skin feel moisturized. But the moisturizers and masks just smelled nice, didn't really do much for my skin. I like that they're all about clean ingredients, but most of their products didn't do much for me.
