So, I recently got my hands on some natural shampoos from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed! The glossy locks, honey and coconut, and Burdock and Neem shampoos have all done wonders for my hair. Next up, I'm excited to try out their fruit pigmented makeup.
I did hit a bump in the road when my order got lost at first, but the customer service team was on it and sent me a new set right away. As a newbie to this company, that really showed me they care about their customers. They're all about making sure everyone has a good experience.
The only downside is that they sometimes run out of stock, but that's just the nature of all-natural products. They did send me an email letting me know they're working on improving their inventory management, so that's a plus.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from this brand and everything is made with natural ingredients and no yucky toxins. The coffee cream was my jam because it actually made my skin feel moisturized. But the moisturizers and masks just smelled nice, didn't really do much for my skin. I like that they're all about clean ingredients, but most of their products didn't do much for me.

And then I had to pay extra fees for customs on the replacements they sent. I tried emailing them several times, but never heard back. What a letdown, I expected better from that brand!

I'm so frustrated with how much the prices went up! And on top of that, I had to pay for shipping and then wait forever for my stuff to arrive.
