I ordered a 2XL hoodie, but they sent me a 3XL instead. When I talked to customer service about it, they wanted me to pay $20 for the correct size or send the hoodie back from China on my own dime! I felt like I was being ripped off with this unfair deal.

Order for upcoming trip
I recently bought some stuff for my upcoming trip and man, I was really let down by the customer service. So I placed my order, right, and then days later I checked my card and it was still pending. When I called to ask about it, they told me there was an issue with my billing address. But here's the kicker, they never followed up with me or reached out about it. They just said they get too many orders to deal with stuff like that. No accountability, no apology for the trouble. The products are nice and all, but the bad service just ruins the whole experience.

Online order delays
I'm really frustrated with waiting for my products to arrive! There used to be a store in my city, but now I have to deal with ordering online, which is such a pain. The first time I ordered, it took them so long to ship it out that I had to call them. They did give me a refund, but it's still annoying! The second time I ordered, it took over a month for them to even put my order together and send it out. I can't keep dealing with this. I just want to get my hands on some clean cosmetics without waiting forever. I'm over this brand.
