    Wine Subscription Customer Review

    I've tried a bunch of wine subscriptions before, but none of them even come close to the awesome personalized experience I get from this company. They really take the time to get to know what kind of wine I like and make sure each bottle is something I'll love. Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch, which is why I keep coming back for more. Plus, being able to easily delay shipments when my fridge is already stocked with wine is a huge plus.

    Furniture

    I just bought some furniture from World Market and man, what a mess. I ordered it online and they gave me an estimated delivery date, but that came and went with no furniture in sight. I tried reaching out to them through email, phone, even complained to their shipping carrier, but I got nowhere. They kept putting me on hold forever and never gave me a good answer. They had no clue where my stuff was, just that it was on its way. After waiting for weeks, I had to go ahead and report it as fraud to my credit card company because I never got the furniture.

    Quick delivery, priced well, mismatched shoes

    I'm a customer of Awesome Shoes and I recently bought a pair of shoes from their website. I was happy with how quickly they arrived and their competitive prices. But when I got the shoes, I was bummed to see that they didn't match. The website had one character on one shoe, but the other shoe had a different character. This might not be a big deal to some, but it was a big deal to a kid who loves that specific character. Companies should make sure their website images match what they're actually selling to make sure customers are happy.

    Rad Mini 4

    Never got the bike. When I ordered the Rad Website said the bike would ship “no later than June 30 2021.” My order included a front and rear rack and came to over $1700. Rad took the money instantly. They shipped the racks, but after a couple of weeks, second half of June no news on the bike… Most competent companies would tell you if there were going to be delays.

    I contacted them, sorry, shipment date now beginning of July. I pointed out that I was traveling on vacation by July 7 and wanted the folding Rad Mini to take with me. Coukd they give me any certainty. The customer care expert couldn’t .. nope. Could they ship the bike to where I would be if it left late? This was treated as a major demand, like a child sacrifice, but was grudgingly agreed to. I asked to be contacted by June 30 or July 1 if the bike wasn’t going to ship. I also checked their website which was still saying that a Rad Mini 4 ordered “today” would ship by June 30, even though Rad was saying something different to me.

    At some point Rad’s PR people posted an explanation of delivery delays, which included the story that the blockage of the Suez Canal was a cause. Rad is on the west coast, their bikes come from China - they don’t go through either the Suez or Panama Canals, so this is an obvious falsehood.

    By 6 July I’d heard nothing so I called Rad. They’d no idea when the bike would ship other than late July… a month after the promised date and too late for me to use in my travels. I told them I was cancelling and I wanted an immediate refund. Uh, sorry, you have to go through our refund procedure. This was when I got an lid and mentioned “wire fraud” and that I’d issue proceeding if tge refund wasn’t processed in 2 hours as I’d better things to waste my time on. I got a call from a supervisor- they’d refund the bike now, accessories later. I told them no, they’d had my money and wanted me to wait, they could refund it all and wait til I got home in a month for the accessories to be sent at my convenience and their cost. Please send a label - got the refund, in full, still waiting for the mailing label.

    One long fiasco….

    Got back from my travels.... so, the racks are taking up space in my hall. Got the mailing labels and - hey "CUSTOMER PAYS" with me as the customer .... yes, Rad expect me to pay to return these racks. I'll give them a week and then into the recycling or a donation. Do not do business with these buffoons.

    I'll add, theiur clearly editing the reviews on their own website to remove anything that mentions their dire customer service, dishonest claims on delivery dates, etc.

    Parts for a build

    Positive: parts were ok
    Negative: closely communicated priot to and throughout the holidays about issues I was having and my displeasure with their service and was completely blown off by the staff when I called.
    Advice to anyone who cares about professionalism and customer service find another company to get what you need because they are all out of F*cks when its about customer service .
