Portable jump boxes
I bought a couple of portable jump boxes from here, and let me tell you, the quality is seriously lacking. Two out of the three boxes I bought had discharging issues, and even after upgrading to a larger jump box, it stopped charging after a short while. When I contacted customer service for help, I was basically told that I was out of luck because my warranty had expired. Really? With all the problems I've had with their products, you would think they would at least offer some assistance. My wife got a cheaper jump box from Amazon and it's still working great after two years. I definitely won't be buying from this company again due to their poor product quality and lack of customer support.

So, I recently got my hands on some natural shampoos from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed! The glossy locks, honey and coconut, and Burdock and Neem shampoos have all done wonders for my hair. Next up, I'm excited to try out their fruit pigmented makeup.
I did hit a bump in the road when my order got lost at first, but the customer service team was on it and sent me a new set right away. As a newbie to this company, that really showed me they care about their customers. They're all about making sure everyone has a good experience.
The only downside is that they sometimes run out of stock, but that's just the nature of all-natural products. They did send me an email letting me know they're working on improving their inventory management, so that's a plus.

I was so excited to get my order quickly, but it ended up taking a really long time!
