Recent online purchase
I just made an online purchase and man, I was so bummed out by the delivery service I got. The package was just left out there in front of my house for everyone to gawk at, and when I finally got back, it was gone. When I talked to the company about it, they basically told me tough luck and only offered me a lousy 10% off my next buy. Like, seriously? Do they really think I'd wanna shop with them again after all this mess?

My son loves STEM and this kit is just what he needed. It's way more fun and engaging than other science kits we've gotten. The only bummer was that the shipping took longer than expected, but we made it work. Overall, he's obsessed with it!

Natural shampoo purchase
So, I recently got my hands on some natural shampoos from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed! The glossy locks, honey and coconut, and Burdock and Neem shampoos have all done wonders for my hair. Next up, I'm excited to try out their fruit pigmented makeup.
I did hit a bump in the road when my order got lost at first, but the customer service team was on it and sent me a new set right away. As a newbie to this company, that really showed me they care about their customers. They're all about making sure everyone has a good experience.
The only downside is that they sometimes run out of stock, but that's just the nature of all-natural products. They did send me an email letting me know they're working on improving their inventory management, so that's a plus.

I just got an airlift table I ordered and it came on 12/15/20. It took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, about a week, and I didn't get any updates about its shipping. But, when it came, I was happy with the quality. It was in good shape and easy to put together. If you're big on getting updates and staying in the loop, this might not be the best company for you. But, if you care more about getting a good product, this company is worth checking out.

Jacket for nephew
I bought this awesome jacket for my nephew and he absolutely loved it! But when I washed it like the tag instructed, it shrunk so much that it no longer kept him warm. I reached out to customer service for help, but they wouldn't assist me in fixing the issue - not cool! They really need to improve the quality of their products, especially for kids. They should at least offer me a voucher or something!
