Worthless tower fan
I bought this tower fan and it was working great for like a year and a half, but then out of nowhere it just stopped working. They replaced it once for me, but then the same thing happened like two years later. It's annoying to spend money on something that craps out on you after just a couple of years. Save yourself the trouble and go with a brand that's more dependable.
Standing Desk Converter
I recently bought a standing desk converter from this company, and I gotta say, the whole experience was super frustrating. They took the money out of my account right away when I placed the order on June 4th, but they were seriously lacking in communication and customer service. After calling them multiple times, I finally found out in a really vague way that they got the parts they needed to put the converter together on July 31st. They said it would ship that same week, but it didn't actually get to me until August 12th. The worst part was that they never bothered to let me know about the delay - I had to keep bugging them for updates. Leaving messages on their voicemails didn't do anything, and the only way I finally got to talk to someone was by refusing to hang up until my concerns were addressed.
Excellent quality product
I recently bought this product that ended up being amazing! It surpassed my expectations, that's for sure. The instructions were simple to follow and had all the tools necessary to assemble it. It arrived earlier than I anticipated. I'm thrilled with my purchase and just wanted to express my gratitude!
Adjustable Standing Desk
I recently got an Adjustable Standing Desk from this company and I gotta say, the actual product is really great. But man, dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. I waited a whole week for my order to ship, and when I tried to get updates, I couldn't get through to anyone on their customer care line. When I emailed them, all they gave me was a Fedex tracking number without any real info on where my order was at. And even after the delivery date passed, they blamed FedEx for not picking up the package. When I called FedEx, they told me the shipper never even scheduled a pickup. It was super frustrating going back and forth with no end in sight. Even their Facebook messenger support was no help - they just told me to call or email. And when I threatened to report them to the BBB, their chat support just disconnected without even listening to my issues. Overall, their customer service team's lack of communication and responsibility was just really disappointing.
Steel storage bin with spot weld issue
I bought a steel storage bin, and when I was putting it together, one of the spot welds came off. I reached out to the manufacturer right away but haven't heard anything back or received a replacement part. Now I'm stuck with a half-finished storage bin that I really needed. The customer service from Seville Classics is really lacking, especially when you consider how bad the welds are on the product.
Flimsy and damaged shelf
The shelf I bought was really poorly made, it arrived with damaged panels which seemed like nobody bothered to check before shipping it out. The screws were just spinning in place because the revnuts weren't crimped properly. The only positive was that the instructions were easy to follow.
Closet organizer
I recently bought a closet organizer from this company, and unfortunately, I ran into a few issues with the product and customer service. When I got the organizer, I found out that it took a while to put together. Then, when I finally assembled it, I noticed that one of the poles was wrong. I contacted customer service about the problem, but they told me the warranty had expired and I couldn't get a replacement part. I was pretty disappointed with their response because it was their mistake, and it was frustrating to be told they wouldn't help fix it. My overall experience with this company was disappointing because of their lack of customer support and accountability.
Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk
I bought this cool Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk earlier this year and it's been working great! But when I moved recently, I lost a bracket for the desk. I reached out to the company for help, and Armando Rodriguez got back to me saying they'd send a new bracket for free. I was blown away by their customer service, it really went above and beyond. Big thanks to Seville Classics for taking care of me!
6ft metal cabinets and a set of swivel wheels
So, I ordered some metal cabinets and a set of swivel wheels at the same time. They sent me the receipt and confirmation number through email, along with two tracking numbers. One was for Las Vegas and the other for Memphis, TN. I was confused about this mix-up, so I contacted customer service for help. Woody from customer service wasn't very helpful and just sent me the receipt again, not addressing my concern. When I asked about the tracking numbers, they said both items would arrive together. However, only the wheels arrived, and they blamed FedEx without acknowledging my frustration. The tracking numbers said both deliveries were supposed to arrive on the same day, but I'm still waiting for the cabinets. This whole situation has made me question the product quality. If the products are anything like the shipping and customer service, I might just return them both.
Six-drawer cabinet purchase
I bought this six-drawer cabinet not too long ago, and one of the drawers started acting up - the roller bearings were giving me problems. So, I decided to contact customer support for some help. Thankfully, I got connected with a wonderful lady named Katrina. She really went out of her way to help me out. Katrina couldn't sell me the drawer slides directly, but she took the extra step to get in touch with the factory to check if they had any in stock. And what do you know, the package with the new drawer slides showed up at my door pretty quickly! I've gotta say, I'm extremely happy with the way things turned out. Katrina's top-notch customer service really made my day!
Rusted and warped shelves, hard to put together, not worth it
I bought this thing and it was really rusty, and the shelves were all messed up - looked like it got wet or something. Putting it together was a total nightmare, and even after I finally did, it was completely worthless. The customer service was awful, they never replied to my emails. I definitely wouldn't suggest this to anyone.
Storage cabinets x2
I bought a couple of storage cabinets back in early June and they arrived right on schedule. Putting the first one together was a breeze, but the second one had a huge dent on the front door. I gave customer service a call, and they sent over replacement parts, but unfortunately, they were the wrong ones. It's been since July, and I'm still waiting on the correct parts or any kind of helpful update from the company. The product itself is decent, but the customer service has been pretty disappointing.
Airlift Table
I just got an airlift table I ordered and it came on 12/15/20. It took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, about a week, and I didn't get any updates about its shipping. But, when it came, I was happy with the quality. It was in good shape and easy to put together. If you're big on getting updates and staying in the loop, this might not be the best company for you. But, if you care more about getting a good product, this company is worth checking out.
Cart for art room storage
This cart has been a complete game-changer for my art room! I always have tons of supplies that just don't fit on my shelves and always end up all over the floor, making the whole space look messy. But now, with this cart, all of my storage problems are gone and my workspace is finally organized. Plus, it's super easy to roll around whenever I need to grab something, and I love how sturdy it is - gives me peace of mind that it can handle all my heavy use.
Purchased low-quality products
I recently bought some of their products and honestly, I gotta say, I agree that the quality has really gone downhill over time. What I got was like a knockoff version of what they used to sell. It's just kind of sad to see how much the quality has dropped. Plus, these things are falling apart way too easily, making me worry about how long they'll actually last. It seems like they're not putting as much effort into making top-notch stuff anymore.
Tool chest purchase
I just got a new tool chest, but was bummed to see that it was missing some parts. I shot an email over to customer service and got a super quick reply. I gave them the info they needed, and boom, the missing parts showed up within a week. Even though it was a pain to deal with missing parts, the company's fast and easy response totally made up for it. It's great doing business with a company that cares about customer satisfaction.
Flimsy product
I bought something from here that was pretty cheap. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. It wasn't very good quality and was a pain to try to find a replacement for.
Four tall cabinets
So, we got these four really big cabinets for all our stuff, and let me tell you, they are amazing! Putting them together was a little tricky with all the pieces, but once they were up, they were super strong and sturdy. We got three smaller ones and one big one, and they hold everything we need without any issues. The small ones came in a huge box packed with that styrofoam stuff, which kind of stinks because we couldn't recycle it, but at least it kept everything safe. One of the doors was messed up, but when we reached out, Claudia Luna sent a new one really quickly. If we ever need another cabinet, I would definitely go back to them. They're awesome!
Tower fan purchase
I bought a tower fan recently, but it turned out to be defective. Unfortunately, the buttons stopped working right after the return period for Amazon was over. So, I had to reach out to their customer service because of the one-year warranty. The whole process was a nightmare. I mean, they actually asked me to cut the power cord of the fan and take a photo of it as proof to get a replacement. Seriously? Who does that? I had already sent a video to show the issue, but apparently, that wasn't good enough for them. It was unbelievable that I had to destroy the product just to get a new one and be without a fan for almost two weeks during the summer. It was absolutely ridiculous and so inconvenient.
Storage shelves
I just bought some storage shelves from this company, and I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. The shelves I ordered were supposed to be "IN STOCK," but they didn't even ship out for two whole weeks. When I reached out to ask about the delay, the customer service folks were not helpful at all and honestly, kinda rude. They didn't even say sorry. They blamed the delay on stuff like the shipping company, which felt like they were just trying to pass the buck instead of owning up to their mistakes. That kind of service is just not okay, and it really doesn't make the company look good. I definitely won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
