    Black satin skirt

    I got this really cute black skirt for a party, but it was way too small when I got it. I tried reaching out to customer support, but no one ever got back to me. It's been forever and still no response. I ended up finding the same skirt on Ebay for a much better price!

    I gotta be honest, this airline is just a total mess. The crew is super rude and unprofessional, and I feel like my stuff is gonna get swiped at any moment. It's like they try to make your flight as miserable as they can. They're all about themselves, not us passengers. It's so bad it's almost funny. No wonder everyone talks trash about them.

    Wedding dress

    I am so disappointed with this company! I ordered a wedding dress that took forever to get here, looked nothing like the picture, and was really low quality. They wouldn't give me a full refund until I told them I would blast them on social media. And even then, I only got half back. The dress is so terrible that I can't even give it away to charity.

    Tool chest purchase

    I just got a new tool chest, but was bummed to see that it was missing some parts. I shot an email over to customer service and got a super quick reply. I gave them the info they needed, and boom, the missing parts showed up within a week. Even though it was a pain to deal with missing parts, the company's fast and easy response totally made up for it. It's great doing business with a company that cares about customer satisfaction.
