Tool chest purchase
I just got a new tool chest, but was bummed to see that it was missing some parts. I shot an email over to customer service and got a super quick reply. I gave them the info they needed, and boom, the missing parts showed up within a week. Even though it was a pain to deal with missing parts, the company's fast and easy response totally made up for it. It's great doing business with a company that cares about customer satisfaction.

Blu-ray purchase
The selection at this store is alright, but I was kinda bummed out by the fact that my purchase didn't come with digital copies. I mean, yeah sure, they've got some nice steelbooks and deals every now and then, but it just seems like I'm not getting as much as I could from other stores, you know?
