    I recently traveled with Malaysia Airlines for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The booking process was seamless and convenient, as I was able to easily book my flight through their website. The staff on board were friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The in-flight entertainment system was top-notch, offering a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games to keep me entertained throughout the flight.

    The food was delicious and of high quality, and the cabin was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the extra touches, such as the complimentary blanket and pillow, which made the flight feel more comfortable.

    I just bought a plane ticket with an airline and my experience was kinda mixed. Booking the flight was a breeze, but sadly, my flight got delayed because of some unexpected stuff. Even though it was a bummer, the airline did a good job handling the situation by getting everyone to hotels and rearranging flights without any trouble. The customer service folks were really helpful and sympathetic all the way through, which I was thankful for. All in all, it was an okay experience, but the delay definitely threw a wrench in things.

    Flight booking experience

    After checking out some reviews, I figured I'd go ahead and book my flights with this airline. Well, after finishing up the first leg of my journey, I gotta say, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The plane was nice, the seats were comfy, the food was pretty good, and the crew was really helpful and nice. Shoutout to the flight attendants Yoke Chew and Kai Min for really making the flight a good time. All in all, I'd say my experience was on par with flying first-class with an airline like Singapore Air.

    Got robbed on a flight between two places

    I was on this flight between two cities and got robbed by some super sneaky thieves! They took my wallets, snagged all my cool stuff, and then just casually put the wallets back like no big deal. And the airline didn't even care or warn anybody about it. Crazy, right?

    Last minute flight cancellations

    I had a pretty frustrating experience with the airline recently. Our flight got cancelled just 4.5 hours before we were supposed to take off. To make matters worse, we found out Malaysia Airlines had been cancelling flights for a couple of weeks leading up to ours. The lack of communication and planning from the airline really disappointed us. When we tried to reschedule through Qatar Airways, their customer service gave us a hard time. It took two phone calls, lasting 3 hours total, to finally get things sorted. Only when we mentioned possibly sending them our medical bills did they take us seriously. They didn't offer us any meal vouchers or compensation for the inconvenience caused by their last-minute cancellations. It's really disappointing how little they seemed to care about our time and well-being. Their lack of professionalism reflects poorly on them.

    I gotta be honest, this airline is just a total mess. The crew is super rude and unprofessional, and I feel like my stuff is gonna get swiped at any moment. It's like they try to make your flight as miserable as they can. They're all about themselves, not us passengers. It's so bad it's almost funny. No wonder everyone talks trash about them.

    Long-haul flight with significant delays

    What a disaster! My long-haul flight got delayed a crazy 12 hours out of a 17-hour journey. The website was full of errors, so I couldn't rebook a better flight with my flexible fare. Plus, the customer service team was no help at all. After being on the phone with them for an hour, they randomly hung up on me, leaving me stuck and annoyed. And to make matters worse, the pilot had to lower the landing gear after take-off to cool the brakes on the final leg of the trip. Absolutely ridiculous! This airline seemed really unprofessional, like they're about to go out of business. With such pricey tickets, I'll definitely steer clear of this airline in the future.

    We went with them to Australia and man, it was a disaster. The crew was so rude and unprofessional, the planes were old and uncomfortable, and the food...gross. No way I'll ever fly with them again, even if you begged me!

    Flight experience during honeymoon

    My flight with the airline recently was a huge letdown. We waited at the transfer desk for over an hour and when we finally got there, things were a mess and the staff was unprofessional. They accused us of cutting the line, even though there was proof on CCTV that showed we didn't. Then they refused to give us our boarding passes because it was too close to departure time. We had to leave the airport, get our luggage, and buy new tickets at a crazy high price. It was really sad how little care or understanding the airline staff showed, especially since it was the end of our honeymoon trip. And to top it off, they wouldn't even compensate us for the trouble.

    Enrich Hotels Service Booking

    I used Enrich hotels service to book a hotel in KL for 3 nights, but ran into some trouble. The booking system made a mistake and ended up booking for the wrong month. When I got to the hotel, they wouldn't give me a room or refund. I admit, I should have double-checked the confirmation, but the wrong date was hidden in the fine print. I booked the room 3 months ahead of time, but still got left without a place to stay. They didn't even give me a heads up when I didn't arrive on the expected date. Their websites are sketchy, and their customer service is even worse. I lost a ton of money and had to scramble to find another hotel.

    Auckland to KL Flight

    I just flew from Auckland to KL and they charged me $300 NZD for being 5 KG over the baggage limit. Can you believe that? It's totally unfair and honestly pretty harsh! The crew on the plane weren't very nice, the food was terrible, and to top it off, the entertainment system was broken. What a letdown! I definitely won't be flying with them again and I'm going to make sure to warn everyone about it.

    Disabled passenger extra leg room flights

    My leg got broken and I really needed more space for my leg on the flights because it hurts so much when it's all squished up. But then they switched planes and we lost our seats with the extra room, so my leg was hurting soooo bad the whole 14 hours.

    Flight cancellation, poor customer service

    My recent experience with the airline really let me down. I got to the airport all ready to go, just to find out that they cancelled my flight outta nowhere. Talk about poor communication, it was a mess. I ended up waiting around for two hours before they finally gave me a taxi voucher and put me on a flight that was delayed by 2 hours. Then they only gave me an hour layover for my connecting flight, so I was stressing about missing it. And to top it off, the staff didn't show any empathy or help at all - no compensation, not even a basic apology. It was a real letdown.
