An Exceptional Flight Experience with Malaysia Airlines
I recently traveled with Malaysia Airlines for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The booking process was seamless and convenient, as I was able to easily book my flight through their website. The staff on board were friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The in-flight entertainment system was top-notch, offering a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games to keep me entertained throughout the flight.
The food was delicious and of high quality, and the cabin was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the extra touches, such as the complimentary blanket and pillow, which made the flight feel more comfortable.
In short, my experience with Malaysia Airlines was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable airline to travel with.Flight booking experience
After checking out some reviews, I figured I'd go ahead and book my flights with this airline. Well, after finishing up the first leg of my journey, I gotta say, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The plane was nice, the seats were comfy, the food was pretty good, and the crew was really helpful and nice. Shoutout to the flight attendants Yoke Chew and Kai Min for really making the flight a good time. All in all, I'd say my experience was on par with flying first-class with an airline like Singapore Air.
Horrible start to holiday
We went with them to Australia and man, it was a disaster. The crew was so rude and unprofessional, the planes were old and uncomfortable, and the food...gross. No way I'll ever fly with them again, even if you begged me!
Enrich Hotels Service Booking
I used Enrich hotels service to book a hotel in KL for 3 nights, but ran into some trouble. The booking system made a mistake and ended up booking for the wrong month. When I got to the hotel, they wouldn't give me a room or refund. I admit, I should have double-checked the confirmation, but the wrong date was hidden in the fine print. I booked the room 3 months ahead of time, but still got left without a place to stay. They didn't even give me a heads up when I didn't arrive on the expected date. Their websites are sketchy, and their customer service is even worse. I lost a ton of money and had to scramble to find another hotel.
Disabled passenger extra leg room flights
My leg got broken and I really needed more space for my leg on the flights because it hurts so much when it's all squished up. But then they switched planes and we lost our seats with the extra room, so my leg was hurting soooo bad the whole 14 hours.
Flight cancellation, poor customer service
My recent experience with the airline really let me down. I got to the airport all ready to go, just to find out that they cancelled my flight outta nowhere. Talk about poor communication, it was a mess. I ended up waiting around for two hours before they finally gave me a taxi voucher and put me on a flight that was delayed by 2 hours. Then they only gave me an hour layover for my connecting flight, so I was stressing about missing it. And to top it off, the staff didn't show any empathy or help at all - no compensation, not even a basic apology. It was a real letdown.
Family seating arrangement
This airline really doesn't care about its customers. My family of five got seated in three different rows on a long flight, and when we tried to fix it at check-in, they couldn't have cared less. Even though we checked in online right when we were supposed to, there were no seats available to keep us together. The staff at the check-in counter were no help at all, not showing any interest in helping us. It's obvious that customer service is not important to this airline, so if you want any kind of decent service, I recommend finding a different airline.
Flight delay, missed connections, and poor ground staff
My recent experience with the airline was a total nightmare. I had a simple trip from Osaka to Singapore that should have been less than 7 hours, but it ended up lasting a whopping 24 hours. The first flight got diverted to Ho Chi Min because of an engine issue, causing a big delay. When we landed in Vietnam, it was clear that the ground staff was not ready for the situation. They were disorganized and slow, taking forever to figure things out. They tried to put a bunch of us on connecting flights that we had no chance of making given the circumstances. Then, the flight from Vietnam to Kuala Lumpur was delayed because the staff was taking way too long to rebook all the passengers. So many of us missed our connecting flights and were stuck in KL for the night. And on top of all that, the transportation the airline arranged never showed up at the hotel the next morning, making things even more frustrating. It was a complete disaster, and I strongly recommend avoiding this airline at all costs.
Family trip ruined by random seating
My family and I were really looking forward to our trip, but Malaysia Airlines totally messed it up by splitting us up on both flights out of the blue, even though we checked in online as soon as we could. Thankfully, we managed to plead with the airport staff and sit together on one flight. And get this - the plane wasn't even packed! It was super annoying, to say the least.
Business class flight
I recently took a business class flight and it was a total letdown. My seat was super uncomfortable and the recliner didn't even work. The plane itself was ancient and run-down, which just made the whole trip pretty awful. The service was no better - they rolled out the meals on a cart and I didn't even get a say in what I wanted to eat. I asked for green tea, reminded the crew twice, and still didn't get it. Plus, my coworker was told they don't serve coffee on short flights, which we didn't know ahead of time. The crew was so snobby and impolite, totally lacking in professionalism. All in all, a disgraceful experience for a supposed business class flight.
Flight cancellation and lack of communication
My recent experience with the airline was a real letdown. My flight got canceled because of a technical issue, which I get can happen. But the way they handled it was a mess. They put me up in a hotel, but then left me hanging without any updates or contact for 1.5 days. I only got emails about flight times that were wrong and cancellations after my original flight was already gone. When I finally went to the airport, there wasn't even a flight scheduled. Because of their lack of communication, I had to shell out an extra $800 on 3 connecting flights thanks to their bad info. The only reason we even found out what was going on was because the hotel staff extended our stay. This total breakdown in communication is not cool and made me feel so mad and grossed out by the airline not stepping up.
Flight experience
I had a pretty bad experience on my recent flight with that airline. The website was a mess - broken links everywhere and I couldn't even use the services page. Plus, the back button didn't even work so I was getting annoyed trying to find stuff. And don't even get me started on how much they charge for extra luggage! When I got to the airport, half of it was closed which just made everything more of a hassle. The service on the plane was terrible and the flights were way too expensive. And on top of all that, I couldn't even use my points to upgrade my seat. Overall, it was a super frustrating experience and I was totally let down by the airline.
