Rude staff, stale products
Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this grocery store is just awful. The staff is always so rude and unhelpful, and it's obvious that the higher-ups couldn't care less about fixing it. On top of that, the packaged products in the store are usually stale and gross. I mean, I used to come here every now and then, but after my last visit, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Subscription service issue
My experience with this subscription service was beyond annoying. I signed up for a monthly subscription without knowing how hard it would be to cancel. The company tried to charge me for credits I didn't even use and for savings I had in the past, which I thought was really unfair. I kept trying to contact customer support but all I got were useless answers and unhelpful suggestions. It seemed like they were purposely trying to charge me extra and make it a pain to cancel my subscription.

I bought a gift basket full of chocolates but they arrived all melted because of the Florida heat during shipping. I called the company right away and they were really fast to help, putting a hold on selling that item until they could fix the shipping problem. Even though the chocolates were ruined, Gift Tree went out of their way to make it right by sending a nice replacement. Their amazing customer service really impressed me and made up for the initial mix-up.

I just bought a winter jacket from this store to keep me warm in the cold weather. But the courier messed up and lost my package before I got it. I didn't tell them to leave it anywhere and now the store won't send me a new one or give me a refund. Their customer service has been terrible – no help at all in fixing things or making up for my lost order. I'm stuck without my jacket and pretty let down by how unprofessional and uncaring this company is.

I had some pretty big problems when I tried to order from this company online not long ago. I've bought stuff from them in stores and on different websites before, but this time I had to use their own site because they were out of stock elsewhere. The website was acting up though, so I had to reach out to customer support for help. It really bummed me out when I heard back from them EIGHT MONTHS later, brushing off my website issues and asking how their support was. That super late response was not cool at all, and now I'm pretty fed up with their customer service.

The staff at the ear piercing place in the Covent Garden store were super professional and gave my daughter a fancy experience. She got to pick out her earrings and had them pierced in this special space that made her feel really important. The earrings were so pretty and really nice quality, all her friends were giving her compliments. It was a memorable experience that made her birthday extra special.

Blazer, shoes, and suit purchase
I just got a couple of blazers, some shoes, and a suit from this place and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I made sure to ask for overnight shipping because I needed the stuff right away. Even though the website said everything was good to go, I only got one blazer the next day. When I asked about the rest, I found out they weren't even in stock and would be shipped from somewhere else later on. It was annoying having the wrong info and not knowing what was going on.
