    Auto renew is deceptive

I purchased one year to try the program out. It worked for me but grew tired of same planning. I'm more of a "one my own" so I let the one year expire. HOWEVER, apparently there is an auto renew on the subscription form and they billed my card for another year without prior warning. I am currently in dispute of the billing. Watch out for that auto renew!!! I would consider the auto renew a shady way to get another $197 from you. Just what I didn't need on a fixed income.

Annual Membership with Fretboard service add-on

Agree other reviewers 100%.Their automatic autorenew is a trap to get another $197. I got a card alert within hours after the autorenew, and had not used the service in 8 months.

Fairness would at least dictate they send a couple of warning emails in advance to give you a chance to cancel, instead of creating this money grab. I mean. $197 is not like a $18 magazine subscription that autorenews because you forgot. This Term of Service is just mean - unkind. Whatever, Tony.

I was able to link again to the sign-up page after this autorenewal scam happened to me, and it says "By completing your order you agree to our Terms of Service. Your membership auto-renews every year until you cancel. You can easily cancel at any time by going to your account settings."

Easily cancel - right, but it should say "But you won't get any refund - you just stop the next autorenewal". How dumb and deceptive is that wording? Meant to soothe you into continuing your sign up. It's a trap.
