I recently tried out a new online banking platform, but I ended up going back to my old fintech. The limit of only two withdrawals a month was a big hassle for me because I often need to tap into my savings for different expenses. Even though I liked the daily interest rates the platform offered, the withdrawal restrictions were a deal-breaker for me. On the bright side, I thought the app interface was easy to use and simple to navigate for managing my accounts. Plus, the customer support from the platform was really great - the reps were friendly and quick to help with any questions or problems. Even though I decided to go back to my old fintech, I think this platform has potential to succeed down the road.

We've tried out a few online banks for our French company, and so far, bunq has given us the best user experience. Even though there are some limitations, like not being able to accept USD SWIFT payments into a EUR account, the customer support at bunq really impressed us. Their team worked hard on our issue until it was completely fixed, which is something we haven't seen much with online banks. On top of that, payments go through quickly, the web and mobile apps are easy to use and fast, and exporting data and finding specific payments is simple. Overall, bunq has been a reliable partner for our small business needing a European SEPA account.
Mobile banking with bunq
I have to give props to bunq for being in the running for the neonbank competition. Out of all the options out there, bunq really stands out as the best fit for what I need. Their mobile app is super easy to use and lets me handle my money and budgets without any problems. I love being able to transfer money to my friends with just a couple clicks - it's so convenient. The app has a ton of cool features that I'm impressed with. However, I do have to mention that the fees for the Easy green plan don't really seem worth it considering the cashback or interest benefits.

I think it's pretty awesome that this bank is expanding! I didn't realize there were global banking services before, but now I do! And I just found out that Western Union isn't actually a bank. I've been learning a lot here. I looked into their achievements on their about page and noticed they have plans to enter the US market. Since I travel a lot and make international payments, that's really exciting news for me. All in all, my banking experience here has been great. This bank is dependable, secure, creative, and really innovative.
