The very next day, I got a message from Saker saying they were sending me a replacement. They originally said it could take up to 7-12 days, but I was surprised when it arrived just 2 days later. Customer service at Saker really impressed me with how quick and efficient they were. I was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews, but my experience was excellent. The support I got was not only polite and understanding, but really fast too.

I bought a mini chainsaw last year and was pretty happy with how it worked. It was a good deal and did a nice job cutting small branches and such. But then, after just four months, it stopped working out of the blue. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how they handled it. Even though it was just past the warranty, they said they'd replace it without any issues. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I was really grateful for it.

I bought a polyester fabric tank top, but it turned out two sizes too small. It was really scratchy and uncomfortable, so I passed it on to my daughter for her softball practices. It was definitely a disappointing purchase.

Now I'm crossing my fingers that this new one will last longer because this tool is super handy to have around.

I recently bought something online and it's been a total nightmare. I placed my order six weeks ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Not only that, but this company is terrible at keeping in touch. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times and haven't heard anything back. On top of that, their tracking system doesn't even work, so I have no clue where my package is or when I'll get it. I feel like I totally wasted my money and I'm so fed up with this whole thing.
Dress purchase
I was really looking forward to getting this dress, but man, it was a total letdown. The fabric felt super cheap, and the way it fit was just all off. The lining was way too short, which made the whole look just weird.
6 inch saw
I bought a 6-inch saw from this store and it was pretty disappointing. The motor started sparking and smelling like smoke after I only used it a little. I contacted their customer service team with videos and photos of the problem, but they haven't gotten back to me after several tries. I bought a chainsaw from this company, but I haven't heard anything from Customer Service after reaching out multiple times via email. I'm really bummed out about how unprofessional they're being. I don't even want the chainsaw anymore, all I really want is a refund. I wish I had looked at reviews on Trustpilot before buying from them, then maybe I would've known about these problems beforehand.
Hand saw replacement
I had a really good experience with the customer service at this company. My hand saw was giving me problems, but they reached out right away and sent me a new one without any trouble. I would definitely suggest them to anyone else who needs help like this. The only not-so-great thing was that it took them more than 5 days to respond to my email at first. It'd be nice if they had a phone number for faster communication.
Saker 4 in 1 Drilling Positioning Ruler
I bought this tool called the Saker 4 in 1 Drilling Positioning Ruler back on March 1st, and it's now March 15th, still no sign of it. I reached out to customer service but didn't hear back until I got an email with tracking info saying it was picked up. But come on, 8-12 days for delivery? Seems a bit much, don't you think?
Awesome Chainsaw
I got this awesome mini chainsaw that can get into tiny spaces regular ones can't touch! I even got one for my buddy as a gift, and he's loving it too. Sadly, mine crapped out on me, but when I hit up customer service, Kaus was on it super fast and sent me a replacement real quick. I'm stoked about the product and how they took care of the problem in a jiffy. Thanks a bunch, Kaus!
Auto parts
I bought some car parts from this store recently and overall, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. They got the parts to me pretty fast, which was awesome. But, when I opened up the package, I realized that a couple of pieces were missing from one of the items.
Mini Chainsaw
I recently bought a mini chainsaw from this company on an online marketplace. Sadly, the chain tensioning system messed up after just a short time of using it. The chain kept getting loose and jamming while I was using it. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times for help, but they kept ignoring my messages. Finally, they said they would send me a replacement part, but I still haven't gotten it. I'm really let down by the lack of customer service and follow-through from this company. I've decided to get a chainsaw from a more reputable brand to avoid any more problems. I'm going to try to return the faulty product under their warranty policy, but I'm not too hopeful about how that will turn out.
