    I just got a Mini Chain Saw and it stopped working out of nowhere even though the battery was fully charged. I reached out to customer service at Saker and gave them all the info they needed. The very next day, I got a message from Saker saying they were sending me a replacement. They originally said it could take up to 7-12 days, but I was surprised when it arrived just 2 days later. Customer service at Saker really impressed me with how quick and efficient they were. I was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews, but my experience was excellent. The support I got was not only polite and understanding, but really fast too.

    Mini chain saw purchase

    I bought a mini chainsaw last year and was pretty happy with how it worked. It was a good deal and did a nice job cutting small branches and such. But then, after just four months, it stopped working out of the blue. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how they handled it. Even though it was just past the warranty, they said they'd replace it without any issues. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I was really grateful for it.

    I picked up that mini chainsaw like it was the last cold one at a tailgate - it's great for getting into those tough spots in the yard.     I bought this cool tool from the store and it ended up having some problems with the motor crapping out on me pretty quickly.     I recently bought something online and it's been a total nightmare. I placed my order six weeks ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Not only that, but this company is terrible at keeping in touch. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times and haven't heard anything back. On top of that, their tracking system doesn't even work, so I have no clue where my package is or when I'll get it. I feel like I totally wasted my money and I'm so fed up with this whole thing.

    I bought this tool called the Saker 4 in 1 Drilling Positioning Ruler back on March 1st, and it's now March 15th, still no sign of it. I reached out to customer service but didn't hear back until I got an email with tracking info saying it was picked up. But come on, 8-12 days for delivery? Seems a bit much, don't you think?

    I got this awesome mini chainsaw that can get into tiny spaces regular ones can't touch! I even got one for my buddy as a gift, and he's loving it too. Sadly, mine crapped out on me, but when I hit up customer service, Kaus was on it super fast and sent me a replacement real quick.     Mini Chainsaw

    I recently bought a mini chainsaw from this company on an online marketplace. Sadly, the chain tensioning system messed up after just a short time of using it. The chain kept getting loose and jamming while I was using it. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times for help, but they kept ignoring my messages. Finally, they said they would send me a replacement part, but I still haven't gotten it. I'm really let down by the lack of customer service and follow-through from this company. I've decided to get a chainsaw from a more reputable brand to avoid any more problems. I'm going to try to return the faulty product under their warranty policy, but I'm not too hopeful about how that will turn out.
