I just got a Mini Chain Saw and it stopped working out of nowhere even though the battery was fully charged. I reached out to customer service at Saker and gave them all the info they needed. The very next day, I got a message from Saker saying they were sending me a replacement. They originally said it could take up to 7-12 days, but I was surprised when it arrived just 2 days later. Customer service at Saker really impressed me with how quick and efficient they were. I was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews, but my experience was excellent. The support I got was not only polite and understanding, but really fast too.
Mini chain saw purchase
I bought a mini chainsaw last year and was pretty happy with how it worked. It was a good deal and did a nice job cutting small branches and such. But then, after just four months, it stopped working out of the blue. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how they handled it. Even though it was just past the warranty, they said they'd replace it without any issues. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I was really grateful for it.
Camping lights purchase
I just got some camping lights from an online US company, and even though it took a while to get to me, they kept me in the loop about when to expect it. The lights were a little pricey at UK£30.00, but I thought they were well worth it. They're light, small, and have a bunch of cool features all on one little reel. Plus, being able to recharge them with a USB is super handy. I'm really happy with my purchase and how the company kept me updated throughout the process.
Awesome Chainsaw
I got this awesome mini chainsaw that can get into tiny spaces regular ones can't touch! I even got one for my buddy as a gift, and he's loving it too. Sadly, mine crapped out on me, but when I hit up customer service, Kaus was on it super fast and sent me a replacement real quick. I'm stoked about the product and how they took care of the problem in a jiffy. Thanks a bunch, Kaus!
Mini chainsaw purchase
I just bought a mini chainsaw to help with yard work and couldn't wait to try it out. But after a few weeks, one of the batteries stopped charging. I got in touch with customer service right away and was really happy with how they dealt with it. They sent me a new battery without any hassle and super fast. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they took care of the issue.

Chisel Set Purchase
I bought this chisel set from this company not too long ago and it was working fine at first. But then the trigger got stuck and I couldn't use it anymore. So I contacted the company, sent them some photos and a video showing the issue. They got back to me pretty quickly, said sorry for the hassle, and sent me a new set. I was surprised when the replacement arrived in just 7 days. It was really impressive.
Mini chainsaw for garden jobs
I picked up a mini chainsaw to help out with some light work in the garden, and it ended up being way more handy than I thought. The quality was better than I expected, so now it's my go-to for all sorts of jobs. But, I did have a little trouble with it at one point and had to get in touch with customer service for help.
Replacement sent out
I had to get a replacement for what I bought at first and they shipped it out really fast. The customer service was awesome and they were really helpful with my problem. I just hope this replacement doesn't have the same issue as my first one. Overall, they did a great job handling my situation.
