Camping gear purchase
I got some camping gear from this company and it was really good quality. The tent was easy to put up and strong, the camping chair was comfy, and the beach shade kept me safe from the sun. I was surprised at how well everything held up during my camping trip. Ordering was easy, and they shipped my stuff fast. The customer service was nice and helpful when I had a question. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and I'll definitely shop with them again.

Eye glasses
My new eyeglasses showed up way faster than I expected, only took 7 days! I was really impressed with how quick they came, and even more impressed with how well my prescription lenses were done. The frames seem a little cheap for costing $7, but they're still pretty cute and seem like they'll hold up. The transition lenses are exactly what I wanted, they work perfectly!

Personalized necklace, ordered 35cm, received 71cm.
It's so annoying when you're eagerly waiting for a special gift, only to open it up and find out it's the wrong size. I got a personalized necklace for my niece's birthday and made sure to request the right size - 35cm. But when it finally showed up after 2 months, it was a whopping 71cm long! That size wasn't even on their sizing chart, so I was pretty let down. I went with this site because my niece really wanted this necklace, and they took PayPal which seemed safe. But now, I'm not so sure I'd recommend them to anyone else. I got in touch with customer service to see if they could fix things, so we'll see how they handle it.

I just got this GPS pet tracker after a scary moment when my golden retriever got spooked by a hot air balloon and took off for hours. Online chat customer service experience
I had a pretty bad experience with customer service the other day while chatting online with a representative. Usually, the customer service at this store is great, but this time it was really disappointing. The rep I talked to seemed arrogant, rude, and not helpful at all. Instead of trying to help me out, they acted like they didn't care about my problem. This kind of attitude is not okay for a company that's supposed to have good customer service. Honestly, this has me thinking twice about shopping at this store again in the future.

Air purifier purchase
I gotta tell ya, the design of the device is really cool. But man, the price is a major downside, especially with the filter subscription that ends up costing a bit more than filters for other devices. And get this, the air purifier doesn't even adjust to air quality in the moment. I mean, if the air gets worse from cooking or smoke, it doesn't even kick it up a notch. Also, it only covers a small area compared to other air filters on the market.
