Tried it out
Yeah, so I bought this air purifier a couple of years back and man, it was such a disappointment. When I first saw it, I thought it was amazing and had to get it. But you know what? It kept breaking down multiple times. And then when the newer one broke, they told me it was out of warranty! Can you believe that? I only bought it three years ago! They just offered me a small discount on a refurbished one. No thanks, I'm going with Dyson instead. Molekule really let me down, big time.
Overseas issue
I recently moved from the US to Europe, and now I'm having a tough time getting replacement filters for my air purifier. Molekule only caters to customers in the US, so I have to purchase overpriced filters from random sellers on Amazon. It's not fair! They used to sell in the UK, but now it seems like they've disappeared. What's the deal with that?
Purifier purchase with misleading information
I bought a purifier thinking I could easily find replacement filters in the UK. But, turns out I was wrong and now I'm feeling pretty annoyed and let down. It's a bummer that the company wasn't upfront about this and it's definitely not cool.
Air and MiniAir+ devices
I recently bought two devices from this company - one Air and one MiniAir+. The Air device worked great right out of the box and has really helped improve the air quality in my home. However, the MiniAir+ has been a big disappointment. It never worked right from the beginning. It's pretty clear that there are some serious quality control issues with making this product.
Not only is the MiniAir+ a problem, but my dealings with customer service haven't been great either. Every time I contact them with an issue, I get unhelpful answers and get the feeling they are just trying to make me mad until I give up. They close out the tickets without actually fixing anything, which just adds to the frustration. It feels like I have to start over with every phone call, and even getting a tech support person to talk to is a hassle.
Even though the Air device has been awesome, my experience with the MiniAir+ and customer service has left me bummed and annoyed. I'd tell others to really think hard before buying from this company. It seems like a coin flip whether you'll get a working product or not.Air purifier purchase

New air purifier
I got a new air purifier on Saturday, but it didn't work when I tried to set it up. I tried again on Sunday, but it still had no power. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and didn't know much about the product. It was hard to communicate with them because of their limited English skills, and their troubleshooting didn't work. After getting a rude email from customer service, I chose to return the purifier and buy one from a different company. My experience with the air purifier and customer service was really bad.
"Overpriced air purifier"
I bought an air purifier thinking it would help clean the air in my home. However, it took a ridiculously long month for me to actually get it. Then, after the first replacement filter, the thing just stopped working completely. It was practically brand new, but it crapped out on me. Molekule sent me another filter, but that didn't solve the problem, so they finally agreed to take the unit back. Thing is, I had to buy a box to send it back, which was pretty unexpected. And instead of getting a shiny new unit in exchange, they sent me a refurbished one. I spent a ton of money on this thing, hoping for a new one, not a used one. It's pretty worrying that Molekule only seems to send out refurbished units that have had problems in the past. Who knows how long it'll be before this one craps out too?

I recently bought an air purifier from your company and I gotta say, I haven't been too happy with it. I was really let down by how inconsistent it works. Even though it was expensive, it just didn't meet my expectations and I encountered some serious problems that I didn't see coming.
Molekule Air purifier
I just got the air purifier from Molekule and I've been using it regularly for a bit. It definitely helps with air quality, but I haven't tried any other ones to compare. The only downside is that it's pricey and the filters cost a lot too. I've also had some problems with their website and customer service, which has been really annoying. They haven't been good at letting me know about my orders or payment issues. Overall, it's been kind of disappointing. Hopefully, they'll work on fixing these problems and make things better in the future.
Smart Air Purifier Purchase
When I got the Smart Air Purifier, I tried to set it up but ran into a bunch of issues. It wouldn't connect to the WiFi and kept giving me an error about a missing filter. I just got an air purifier and it was not a great experience dealing with their customer service. Even though I own a company myself, I won't be recommending this one. I think there are better choices out there, like the Medify Air MA-125.
International customer, expensive filter replacement
I recently bought an air purifier from this company and I'm pretty happy with it. But, as someone ordering from overseas, I'm kind of bummed about how hard it is to get replacement filters and how expensive they are. I tried contacting the company for help, but they just said they only ship to the US & Canada right now, so I'm out of luck when it comes to finding affordable filters.

I bought a Molekule Air purifier recently and I've been having a problem with a strong plastic smell that won't go away, no matter how long I use it. I saw a test on YouTube that said the purifier was actually putting more volatile organic compounds into the air, so now I'm not sure if I should keep using it. Molekule Review
I bought a Molekule air purifier, but honestly, it's been a total waste. I've had it since the first version was released, and it's been nothing but a headache. The filter keeps glitching and rebooting, and the iPhone app doesn't even work properly with it. Customer service is also terrible. I would recommend saving your money and just getting something cheaper off of Amazon.
California Camp Fires
During the California wildfires, man, the air quality on the San Mateo county coast was so bad. Luckily, we got an air purifier that cleared the air in our crib real quick and it's been doing a great job ever since. My doc recommended I get one ASAP 'cause of my asthma and how sensitive I am to smoke - they even have one in their office. And get this, we got two medium-sized dogs and with this air purifier, you'd never even know they were here.

The customer service at this company is amazing! I had a problem with my air purifier, but the customer support team was super helpful and fixed it right away. They walked me through troubleshooting and made sure I was happy with the solution. I'm also glad they now have replacement filters for the purifiers in the UK and other countries, so I know I can easily find them when I need to.

I gotta tell ya, the design of the device is really cool. But man, the price is a major downside, especially with the filter subscription that ends up costing a bit more than filters for other devices. And get this, the air purifier doesn't even adjust to air quality in the moment. I mean, if the air gets worse from cooking or smoke, it doesn't even kick it up a notch. Also, it only covers a small area compared to other air filters on the market.
Desperate purchase during Covid-19 season
I've been fighting a bad virus for like 3 months now. Never even got tested for Covid, but man, my ears and throat were so stuffed up at night that I felt like I couldn't breathe. I live in this new high-rise apartment building in the city, and I started thinking maybe there's mold or mildew messing with the air quality. Every morning I'd wake up all congested and desperate, even tried putting onions on my chest and ears. But then I did some digging online about air purifiers, and I came across this one. Let me tell you, it's been a total game changer for me. If you're stuck inside in a city apartment, especially during a lockdown, this thing will seriously help you breathe better.
