Watch strap purchase
I bought a watch strap from this company, but it ended up breaking not long after. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, but they said it was past the 1-year warranty. The support team wasn't very helpful or willing to do anything, even though the product was obviously not good quality. It's a bummer that this company cares more about their warranty rules than making sure their customers are happy.

Awesome Chainsaw
I got this awesome mini chainsaw that can get into tiny spaces regular ones can't touch! I even got one for my buddy as a gift, and he's loving it too. Sadly, mine crapped out on me, but when I hit up customer service, Kaus was on it super fast and sent me a replacement real quick. I'm stoked about the product and how they took care of the problem in a jiffy. Thanks a bunch, Kaus!

Booked two days at two different places
So, I reserved spots at two different places in Palm Beach for two days. Unfortunately, the first day didn't go as planned and I couldn't make it. Trying to cancel and get a credit on the website was a hassle. I think it should be simpler to cancel things, especially for a beach day. I mean, really, requiring a 24-hour notice for a refund is a bit much.

Style game strong
Forget about all those other sites, Glasseslit is where it's at for cool glasses, trust me. Company order delay
We had a really bad experience with this company. We ordered some stuff for our company and they said it would be delivered by a certain time. But they kept delaying it and changing the delivery dates. It was so annoying because we needed those items for a special event. And to top it off, we had already paid upfront, but they still didn't communicate well or stick to their word. Pretty unacceptable, if you ask me.
