Hoody purchase
I decided to order a hoodie even though I heard some bad reviews. But I was actually really happy with how nice it was and how well it fit. The sizing was a little off since it was Asian, but I ordered a size up and it was just right. I'm really pleased with my purchase, no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Thermostat purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. I tried contacting their customer service four times to speak with a manager, but no one ever got back to me. The tech support team didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't very helpful, just kept transferring me to different people. The whole thing was a total joke and I definitely won't be buying anything from them in the future.

Shoes ordered on November 27th
I ordered some shoes on November 27th and paid with Amazon Pay. It's been a while now, and I still haven't gotten my shoes or any info about what's going on. I called customer service twice, and both times they said my order would be here the next day, but it never showed up. I even made a complaint through Amazon, but nobody has gotten back to me. I really hope we can get this figured out soon. I can tell you one thing for sure - I won't be shopping at that store again or telling anyone else to shop there either.

TRX course membership renewal
I just had the most terrible customer service experience while trying to renew my TRX course membership. I've been really enjoying my TRX system and was looking forward to keeping my membership going, but then I made a small mistake during the renewal and the customer service rep I talked to just totally ruined everything for me. They were not only clueless but also super rude and not helpful at all. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. It's really disappointing that one bad apple like that could ruin what had otherwise been a great experience with TRX.

Wildlife camera
Hey guys, so I bought this wildlife camera a couple of years back and let me tell ya, it's been a real letdown. Right off the bat, it just never worked properly and even after I tried tweaking the settings, it was still a dud. I finally reached out to the company for some help, and they told me the issue was probably the SD card and tried to get me to buy a new one. Well, surprise, surprise, that didn't do a darn thing. I dropped a bunch of cash on this camera and all it's given me is headaches. They even had the nerve to offer me a lousy 10% discount on my next buy, like I'd ever wanna deal with them again. So, lesson learned, stay away from these cameras! 😡

I just bought some data conversion software from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. The software was super easy to use and did its job with no problems. The interface was easy to navigate and the instructions were straightforward. I was able to convert a bunch of different file types quickly and accurately, which saved me a lot of time.
