Order mishandled
The customer service at this company is just awful! I had a problem where my order got sent to the wrong place by their partner company. I tried reaching out to them multiple times to fix it, but they were no help at all. They kept insisting on using chats and emails, but they still couldn't figure out a good solution. It was so frustrating that they wouldn't even call the driver to get my order and bring it to me. Their customer service team was really lacking in communication and problem-solving skills. I'm definitely not going to order from them again.

I recently bought something from this company and man, the customer service was just not up to par. I had a problem with one of the things I got and I needed to send it back. I tried contacting them via email three times, but didn't hear back at all. I mean, come on, that's not cool. My return window was about to close in 60 days. It's safe to say I was pretty let down by the whole experience, and I won't be shopping with them again.
