Purchased Demonia boots
I bought a pair of boots back in November for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I was supposed to get them in January, but that didn't happen. I tried contacting customer service through email, social media, and Twitter, but I never heard back. The lack of communication has really upset me. My daughter keeps asking when her boots will arrive, and I feel foolish for trusting this company. These boots weren't cheap, and this whole experience has just been really disappointing.
New clothes, cool stuff
I recently ordered some new clothes from this place, but the delivery was a disaster! The package got left outside and I never got it. When I reached out to customer service, they were so rude and said they'd follow up, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard a peep. They charged me quick, but can't get my order to me. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company, try somewhere else!
Makeup, clothing, Demonia shoes
I've been buying stuff from this company for about three years now and every time, I've gotten top-notch products. I've bought makeup, clothes, and even Demonia shoes, and I've always been happy with what I got. The customer service is top-notch too - they were quick to help me out and give me a refund when one of my items got messed up in the mail. All in all, I totally suggest checking this company out if you're into alternative fashion.
Sourpuss items
I just bought some Sourpuss items from this store and I have to say I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the products was really good and just like they showed on the website. They had a lot of different things to choose from, which made it easy for me to find what I wanted. Ordering was easy too, the website was simple to use and made it easy for me to buy what I wanted. The customer service team was great, they knew their stuff and helped me quickly with any questions I had. The only thing that wasn't so great was the extra import fees for shipping to Scandinavia, that was a bit of a surprise. But even with that, I was still really happy with my shopping experience.
Hair dye purchase
I bought 3 pots of hair dye from this company to get a cool new look, but they didn't work like I hoped. When I asked Attitude Clothing for help, they were nice at first and said they'd talk to the manufacturer for me. But as soon as I mentioned wanting a refund, they stopped talking to me, which made me mad and ignored. It's been tough dealing with this problem, and nobody seems willing to fix it.
Refund for poor quality goods
I bought some clothes from that store, but they weren't great quality so I had to return them. I sent everything back with the tags still on and in good shape, hoping I'd get my refund quickly. But it's been a while and I still haven't gotten the $160 back. I'm a nurse at the NHS, so every dollar matters to me, and it's frustrating to be kept waiting like this. I've sent a bunch of emails, but all I get back is that they're closed for the holidays until the end of December. Well, it's January 25th now, and I'm still in the dark about my refund. This whole situation is just bad customer service with this lack of communication and dragging their feet on giving me my money back.
Hair dye purchase
Oh my goodness, I ordered some hair dye around Christmas time and their communication was absolutely terrible! I totally thought they'd be open on the 29th or 30th, but nope, they were MIA. I tried calling and even emailed them but no response at all. And get this, they don't even have any Trust Pilot reviews! I had to end up canceling my order and buying the dye from Amazon, which ended up costing me way more just to get it delivered the same day. Ugh, it was such a frustrating experience!
Waistcoat and gloves
The waistcoat and gloves I ordered from this company took so long to get here, and when they finally did, they were super low quality. Trying to return them was a total headache, and now I've been waiting for my refund for two whole weeks. It's so annoying to be out $113 right before Christmas, and I'm thinking about reporting them to somebody about it.
Pink skull purchase
The customer service at this place is just terrible. I received the wrong item and the quality was awful. I ordered a pink marble effect skull, but what I got had random orange blobs on it - a total disaster! When I tried to return it, they wouldn't refund the postage and even charged me for sending it back. Dealing with this company was a nightmare, so I recommend everyone stay away. Save yourself the trouble and shop at a more reputable store.
Shoes for prom
Oh my gosh, I bought these adorable shoes for prom but they didn't fit right. I had to return them, but it was super easy. I got my refund quickly and ordered a new pair. I waited too long though, and they didn't have them in the UK so they ordered them from Germany. They kept me in the loop the whole time and they arrived the next day with special delivery. The shoes were absolutely perfect for prom and I felt like a princess. Thank you, you guys are amazing!
Refund issue
I had a really bad experience trying to get a refund from this store. I returned an item following their free returns process, but it's been almost three months and I still haven't gotten my money back. I did everything online like they asked, but I've had to keep bugging them for any updates. And now they're saying they need a receipt from the post office to give me a refund, but I never got one. I tried to complain twice, but they haven't even acknowledged my requests. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Swimwear purchase
The swimwear I bought was really cute and made well. But I took off a star because some of the sizes weren't quite right, especially in the bikinis. It took about two weeks for me to get my order, which was kind of longer than I thought it would be. Even though the sizes weren't perfect, I didn't feel like dealing with returning everything because it seemed like a lot of work, especially since it was for a UK return. Overall, the styles were great, but people should make sure to measure themselves properly before ordering. I use a tape measure and have even lost weight, so it was annoying to discover that the rings on the swimwear were poking me.
Black ripped jeans and graphic t-shirt
I've been a customer for quite some time now, and I have to tell you, the stuff I got and the way I was treated were totally not okay. I got these black ripped jeans and a graphic tee, and they both fell apart after just one wash. And when I tried to get my money back, the customer service folks were no help at all - they were actually pretty rude. If you want my advice, I'd suggest shopping somewhere else, maybe try out Disturbia or Killstar instead.

I just bought something from Attitude Clothing and man, it was a total mess. My package was lost for weeks, kept bouncing between Germany and England because of some mix-up with the address. So disappointing, I tell you!
Cauldron mug purchase
I just bought a cauldron mug from this store, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how things turned out. The product description said the mug could go in the dishwasher and microwave, but when I got it, the box said it couldn't handle either. I feel like I was totally misled, and it made me buy something I wouldn't have if I knew the truth.
Demonia boots for daughter's Christmas present
Oh man, my mom got me these awesome Demonia boots for Christmas, but then in February they said they couldn't get them. So she ordered another pair, and then a week later, they were like, sorry, those aren't available either! We tried to get a refund, but they were adamant about not giving us one. It's really frustrating and just not fair. And to top it off, they still have those boots advertised on their website, so other people are gonna fall into the same trap.
Two pairs of demonia shoes
I ordered two pairs of amazing Demonia shoes from here and I was really nervous because I heard some people say they had issues getting their orders. But my shoes arrived really quickly and they are exactly what I wanted! I don't understand why some people are complaining, my experience was awesome!
Slippers purchase
I was like, OMG! I ordered these super cute slippers but they were way too small for my feet! I was so bummed out, but then I shot an email over to customer service and they were really nice about the whole thing. They said I could trade them in for a bigger size and that they'd arrive before Christmas! I was thrilled, couldn't believe how simple and fast they made the exchange. I'm super excited to rock my new slippers on Christmas morning!
Good quality and unique products
I was a little nervous about ordering because of some bad reviews I read, but I'm really happy I went for it. Attitude Clothing was awesome. Ordering was easy and stress-free, and I liked getting tracking numbers right away. Royal Mail delivered my stuff super quickly, just two days later. The products were top-notch and had a cool style to them that I know my son, who's all about the dark side, will love. I'm really happy with what I got and how fast it all came.
Small Wednesday themed bag
I recently bought a little Wednesday-themed bag from an online store. But when the package came, it turned out to be the wrong bag. I was contacted by a rep named Amy who said I needed to send the bag back so they could send me the right one. Even though getting the wrong thing was a bummer, I liked that Amy was on top of things in fixing the problem. She didn't waste time blaming anyone, she just focused on getting it fixed and making sure I got what I ordered quickly. Good customer service is so important, and I was happy with the support I got in this situation.
