Internet and cable TV package
The customer service with this company is just awful. Every time I call in with a problem, they put me on hold forever and then pass me around to different advisors without actually fixing anything. It's so annoying and feels like a total waste of time. The service I've received has been really bad, and they never seem to actually solve my problems. It's pretty disappointing, to be honest.

Recent rug purchase
I recently bought a rug from this company, and I have to say, I'm really let down by the quality of it. The colors weren't as bright as they looked online, and the material feels really cheap and flimsy. I was hoping for something better considering how much I paid for it. When I contacted customer service about my concerns, they weren't very helpful and didn't seem interested in helping me fix the problem. All in all, I wouldn't suggest buying a rug from this company.

SmartWool socks
I bought some SmartWool socks not too long ago and for the most part, I think they're pretty good quality. But, I ran into a problem with one pair where the toe got a hole after only a few times wearing them. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement under the warranty, but they told me they don't cover damages from normal wear and tear. This was a letdown because the website said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for two years. That left me feeling a little disappointed and now I'm thinking twice about buying from them in the future. I ended up switching over to a different brand called "Darn Tough" because they offer a lifetime guarantee on their products.

Comfortable insoles for well-used leather trainers
These insoles are exactly what I needed to bring some life back into my worn-out leather trainers. The extra padding at the heel gives just the right amount of cushioning, offering excellent support without feeling too stiff. I'm really impressed with the quality and would definitely buy them again.

Good quality and unique products
I was a little nervous about ordering because of some bad reviews I read, but I'm really happy I went for it. Attitude Clothing was awesome. Ordering was easy and stress-free, and I liked getting tracking numbers right away. Royal Mail delivered my stuff super quickly, just two days later. The products were top-notch and had a cool style to them that I know my son, who's all about the dark side, will love. I'm really happy with what I got and how fast it all came.

Sofa Console Table, Fur White Poofs
I bought a Sofa Console Table and two Fur White Poofs from the store in Torrance, CA. The table was decent quality, but the color was darker than I expected from the online photos, so I had to take it back. The Fur White Poofs were cute, but flimsier and smaller than I thought they'd be. Overall, I wasn't too happy with my shopping experience.
