I ordered a rug on a Memorial Day sale. I got an email that stated the rug was on back order . I sent a reply stating that the website shows it in stock and ready to ship in one to two days. I got a reply email AND a phone call following up to my email asking how they can help. Becky was AMAZING. Very down to earth and customer serviced right in Texas. I ended up keeping the runner that was in stock, but canceled the large area rug. I give them 5 stars for the follow-up if for nothing else. I had to buy it elsewhere but they made it easy. I’m not sure if they’re family owned but that’s the way they made me feel. Thanks Becky!
