Earbuds and Bluetooth speaker purchase

Customized gift bag, quick turnaround
I just had to get a special gift bag for a friend who was coming to visit, and I gotta say, the service and the product at this store were top-notch. Great products, disappointing delivery experience
I was really happy with all the stuff this store had to offer - they had great products and good quality. But, I was let down by the delivery. UPS said they dropped off my package at a pick-up spot and showed proof of delivery. The spot says they never got it, and when we asked UPS, they couldn't find it either. But, gotta give credit to the customer service team at the store - they handled it well. In the end, Alexandalexa did their job, but UPS didn't quite come through.
