Difficulty navigating website
I signed up for some online yoga classes recently, but man, it was a struggle trying to figure out how to find the ones I wanted. I'm not very tech-savvy, being on the older side and all, so I ended up wasting a bunch of time just trying to navigate the website. It would have been so much easier if they offered a phone helpline or online chat to help folks like me out.

Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and it was a total nightmare. The dress didn't fit me at all, so I decided to return it. But, let me tell you, they were so difficult to work with! They didn't want to take the dress back and instead tried to give me a discount. I had to send several emails just to get them to agree to take the dress back. And get this, they even asked me to provide tracking info before they would start the return process. Eventually, they refunded me, but it was £8 less than what I paid and I had to cover the cost of return shipping. All in all, it was a terrible experience dealing with this company.

I had a big problem with a funds transfer through this service recently. I waited seven long weeks and tried to get in touch with them through multiple emails and phone calls, but didn't hear back. I was getting really frustrated since the amount of money involved was big, and it was taking way too long to fix such an important issue. Finally, I was able to talk to someone on the phone who helped me out. It seems like there might be some issues with communication within their company causing delays, which is worrying for a financial service provider. Overall, I was not happy with the experience, and I hope they can make some changes to avoid similar problems in the future.

I just can't get over how great Glasseslit is! This is my third time ordering from them, and every time I am just so impressed. Their customer service is top-notch - they always get back to my emails super fast and they're always willing to help me fix any mistakes I might've made with my order. Sure, the shipping takes a little longer since they're coming from China, but this time I decided to treat myself and pay for the faster shipping, and it was totally worth it. The prices are so good that I don't even mind waiting a little longer. Not to mention, I always get so many compliments on all the glasses I get from Glasseslit, so it's totally worth it!

Wading boots and fly reel
I just ordered some wading boots and a fly reel from this company, and man, they took forever to get here. The boots took like a whole month, and the reel has been MIA for over 2 weeks now. I figured it was a fluke, but after checking out other reviews online, turns out this is pretty common with them. The fact that they don't keep customers in the loop about shipping times really bums me out, and now I'm not sure if I'll shop with them again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this subscription box. I ordered a Throttle box for my son for Christmas, paying $157.00 for a 3-month subscription. However, I only received one box and despite reaching out to both the seller and Cratejoy, nothing has been resolved. I even got an email acknowledging that I didn't receive my boxes, but the ticket was closed without any further action. The seller has not responded to my messages, making me very unsatisfied with the whole situation. It's definitely a scam, and I would recommend everyone to avoid it.

Subscription Upgrade
When I first went into the chat for help, I was thinking about canceling my subscription and getting my money back. But, the agent named Eleanor really impressed me with her customer service. She was super nice, helpful, and most importantly, she was honest. I really valued her genuine help, and because of that, I ended up deciding to upgrade my subscription instead of canceling. We even had a little fun exchange about her way of writing messages, which made it feel like we were friends. If I ever run into any problems with the app later on, I'll definitely be crossing my fingers to get Eleanor's help again.

I just wish they had courses for older folks too, because I think everyone can benefit from learning coding. Overall, I had a great experience with WhiteHat Jr and would definitely tell others to check it out.

I'm so happy, I was able to get my train ticket with no issues! That other website was a nightmare to navigate. It's frustrating when businesses make things complicated for us, right? The customer service at this place is just terrible. I received the wrong item and the quality was awful. I ordered a pink marble effect skull, but what I got had random orange blobs on it - a total disaster! When I tried to return it, they wouldn't refund the postage and even charged me for sending it back. Dealing with this company was a nightmare, so I recommend everyone stay away. Save yourself the trouble and shop at a more reputable store.

Home insurance policy
After I sold my house in Maryland, I kindly sent over all the necessary home closing paperwork to end my home insurance policy. Yet, here we are almost a year later and the insurance folks still haven't canceled it. They keep sending me those pesky renewal emails and won't even give me a refund for the time that passed without coverage. They keep coming up with excuses, saying the closing documents aren't quite right and dragging out the cancellation process. Dealing with their shady tactics is beyond frustrating. I'm just grateful I haven't had to file a claim with them, because I shudder to think about the hoops they might make me jump through to actually get what I'm owed.
