Day trip to London
I recently planned a day trip to London with my daughter using Trainline. Unfortunately, our train got canceled on the day of our trip, which could have messed up our whole plan in London. Trainline quickly let me know about the delay, so I got to the train station early. They gave me a refund for my original ticket right away, and I was able to get a new one for a cheaper price than at the train ticket office. I really appreciated their help and understanding during this annoying situation. On the flip side, the folks at the train office were not helpful at all and brushed me off, saying I wouldn't get a refund and blaming me for not knowing about the cancellation even though their website had said the train was on time just the day before. All in all, I was really impressed with Trainline's customer service and will definitely use them again in the future.
E-tickets for son
The app is always quick to respond when I book tickets for my son. I've never had any problems with the e-tickets arriving on time. There was one time when I needed to cancel and get a refund, and the customer service was really helpful. The person I spoke to was great, even though I didn't catch his name. The app always shows the cheapest fares and other options, which makes it easy to find the best deal. The "find my train" feature and tracking option are really useful, especially when buying open return tickets for a month and not using the same train every time. Overall, it's been a great experience!
Easy, quick, reliable
The new app update is definitely a step in the right direction! But I gotta say, picking my travel stations has gotten a little messy. I mean, having to mess with the 'edit' function instead of just clicking on the station's name is kinda annoying. Other than that little issue, the app is still super smooth, fast, and as helpful as ever. I still use it for all my train ticket stuff without even thinking about checking out other options.
Recent train ticket purchase
Even though my train to London got canceled, I gotta give props to Trainline. They usually come through for me. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how fast the train company processed a refund for half the ticket price. Their notifications and updates about delays and cancellations are spot on. And can we talk about the great deal I got on the ticket to Coleshill Parkway? That price was unbeatable, especially since I booked it in advance.
Quick purchase
Buying my ticket online was a breeze. The website walked me through everything, just remember to have your ticket ready to scan at the station or you'll be stuck feeling awkward. The only downside was that it took a while to load.
Rail tickets and Snr Railcard renewal
Overall, I had a really smooth and easy experience using the platform. I was able to quickly find and book my rail tickets, and even renew my Senior Railcard with no issues. I liked getting a heads up reminder ahead of time, so I could take care of everything promptly. The whole process was simple and stress-free, which made it super convenient for handling my travel plans.
Quick and reliable ticket booking
I have no problem booking my train tickets whenever I need to. The app works super fast, and I always get my e-tickets quickly. One time I had to cancel my trip and get a refund, and they handled it really well. I love how they show me the cheapest fares and other options so I can choose the best one for me. The "find my train" feature is awesome, especially when I buy open return tickets and end up taking a different train.
Two together travel card purchase
I just bought a Two together travel card online and it was so simple and easy. The website was really easy to use, signing up and adding my info and photos was a breeze. It only took a few minutes to finish everything, super quick and convenient. I didn't run into any problems at all, it was smooth sailing the whole way through. Overall, it was a really great experience buying the card.
Easy ticket purchase
I'm so happy, I was able to get my train ticket with no issues! That other website was a nightmare to navigate. It's frustrating when businesses make things complicated for us, right? We're just trying to do our part for the planet by choosing the train over driving, but they have to make it pricey and inconvenient. Train companies, that's just not cool.
Efficient ticket booking
I really like how easy it is to buy train tickets on this platform. It's super user-friendly and makes planning my trips a breeze. I always use this service to book my train tickets and I've never had any issues. Plus, I love that it shows me the cheapest ways to book tickets, so I can save money without any extra hassle.
Cheap train tickets
I found some really cheap train tickets super quickly, but I wonder why more folks can't afford to ride the train. Maybe they could have discounted days or get some sponsorships for those who need it. And why is it sometimes cheaper to fly than to take the train anyway?
Easy booking process
I thought the booking process was easy and straightforward. It was nice to be able to see all the train options and prices in one place. But I do have to mention that train travel is getting really pricey and the quality of service is going down in the UK, but that's not the website's fault.
Booking train tickets
Booking my train tickets online was so easy! I just paid for them, downloaded them to my phone, and showed the tickets on the app at the train station. But it's kind of a bummer that you can't get a refund when the train gets canceled, especially for my local commute. It happens quite often, you know?
Train app good
This app is awesome! I can use it to book train tickets in England and even ferry rides for fun trips. I use it all the time for my daily commute to school and other stuff.
Efficient ticket delivery
Trainline is way better than Rail Europe. With Rail Europe, they send you a "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL" voucher and you have to wait for the real ticket from the train company. Trainline just sends your ticket right away, so you don't have to waste time or deal with any unnecessary stress.
Train ticket purchase
The app is super easy to use and makes buying train tickets so simple. I can search for routes, compare prices, and book my tickets in just a few minutes. I really like how clean and easy-to-navigate the interface is. It's a convenient and efficient way for me to take care of all my train travel needs.
Train ticket purchase
My experience buying train tickets online was mostly good, but I ran into some issues with the pricing. It was easy to do, but I noticed that the same trip could cost a lot more or less depending on what options I picked. This inconsistency made me doubt the prices. Also, I thought it was unfair that tickets bought in person or from machines were a lot pricier than online. I was getting a ticket for my dad, who's not great with technology, so it seemed like the train company was trying to take advantage of people like him. I get that it might not be all the website's fault, but I think they need to be more open and fair about prices. Nobody likes feeling like they're being tricked when it comes to something as important as train tickets.
Quick booking process
The website was really helpful with giving me info and ways to book quickly, which was nice. But then I found out there's actually a small fee, even though they said there wouldn't be any. It's not about the money, it's more about being misled.
Convenient train ticket booking
I've had a really great experience booking train tickets through the Trainline app. The prices are good and the app is super easy to use. I love how I can easily access my tickets on my phone whenever I need them. Overall, I totally recommend using this service for booking train tickets.
