Bike accessories purchase
My recent experience with Aventuron was just not up to par. They brag about being a local business that cares about customers, but it took forever for my order to even ship out. I had to wait a full two weeks for my bike gear, and that was a big headache.
On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty disappointing. They replied quickly, but the person I talked to seemed more focused on blaming others instead of actually solving my problem. It was really frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me at all.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy operation. Stick with businesses that actually have some integrity.

As a customer at this store, I'm really upset about my recent purchase. I wanted a navy blue Helly Hanson men's jacket in size XL, but I was told a few days later that they didn't actually have it in stock and I had to pick a different color. I reluctantly chose black in XL and was told it would be shipped quickly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I've been waiting for over 10 days, and they keep telling me I'll get shipping info and a tracking number, but that hasn't happened. It's not okay to make promises you can't keep and leave customers in the dark about their orders. This kind of service is awful and has made me feel frustrated and deceived.
Wading boots and fly reel
I just ordered some wading boots and a fly reel from this company, and man, they took forever to get here. The boots took like a whole month, and the reel has been MIA for over 2 weeks now. I figured it was a fluke, but after checking out other reviews online, turns out this is pretty common with them. I bought a bike from this company thinking it would come soon, but it's been four weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. They said it was in stock and would ship in two weeks, but that didn't happen. I bought a spool of wire from Aventuron that they said was 225 feet long, but it turned out to be only 200 feet when I got it. When I told them about the mistake, they blamed the manufacturer and wouldn't check the other spools I bought. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, they made me jump through hoops for proof. Turns out, the manufacturer only makes 200 foot spools, not the 225 feet Aventuron claimed. Aventuron wouldn't take responsibility and seemed more concerned about their bottom line than making things right.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I ordered something from them weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. They were quick to take my money, but not so quick to send out the product. I've tried calling them a bunch of times, no luck. And my emails? Same deal - no response. Save yourself the headache and check out other places for what you need.

So, I went and got this bike from this store. I waited like a week for it to come and it came right on time. I was so pumped to ride it around the block and it was awesome. The color was cool and everything was just right. Definitely worth every penny of my allowance!

I had a pretty rough experience buying the Surly Preamble Drop Bar from this online store. I waited a whole week for the bike to show up, and when it finally did, it was a total mess.
