Mountain bike
Don't bother looking for another place to get your outdoor gear from. This company really goes the extra mile when it comes to taking care of customers, making sure you're happy all along the way. When you order something, they keep you updated with quick shipping and regular updates until your product gets to you. The customer service team is super friendly and always there to help, making sure you have a great experience. I would definitely suggest giving them a try.

First let me say I Do Not Do reviews. But when a shop goes out of their way I feel Others should know, with that said. My search on the web site was easy to find what i was looking for, The price was Great and the shipping was Super fast. I ordered on 8/11 and received it 8/12. I ordered the wrong size and Unlike Many other stores they had the proper size In stock the exchange was effortless, They went above and beyond to make my mistake right.
New bike purchase
I gave them a call before I bought my new bike, and they were super quick to answer all my questions. They reassured me about the shipping process, too. Surprisingly, I got my bike much quicker than I expected, and it looks so nice! They kept me in the loop the entire time, so I would definitely purchase from them again. Plus, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for help if I needed it.
Cool services
Alright hands down the customer support is really awesome. they are very nice and they helped me big time. i was completely new when i was buying my cycle from here but due to some stuffs. However when i seek to the help they quickly helped me out and also the process was hassle free. so yes, they are amazing!
Bike accessories purchase
My recent experience with Aventuron was just not up to par. They brag about being a local business that cares about customers, but it took forever for my order to even ship out. I had to wait a full two weeks for my bike gear, and that was a big headache.
On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty disappointing. They replied quickly, but the person I talked to seemed more focused on blaming others instead of actually solving my problem. It was really frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me at all.

These folks may try to come off as a cute little family-run operation, but don't fall for it - they're a complete nightmare to work with. They'll happily take your money and keep you hanging with hollow promises that your order will be on its way "soon." And if you dare to call them out on their nonsense, they'll just get all defensive and try to pin the blame on you for their unprofessional behavior. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy operation. Stick with businesses that actually have some integrity.
bike for $500
So, I went and got this bike from this store. I waited like a week for it to come and it came right on time. I was so pumped to ride it around the block and it was awesome. The color was cool and everything was just right. Definitely worth every penny of my allowance!

Helly Hanson men’s jacket in navy blue, size XL
As a customer at this store, I'm really upset about my recent purchase. I wanted a navy blue Helly Hanson men's jacket in size XL, but I was told a few days later that they didn't actually have it in stock and I had to pick a different color. I reluctantly chose black in XL and was told it would be shipped quickly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I've been waiting for over 10 days, and they keep telling me I'll get shipping info and a tracking number, but that hasn't happened. It's not okay to make promises you can't keep and leave customers in the dark about their orders. This kind of service is awful and has made me feel frustrated and deceived.
Wading boots and fly reel
I just ordered some wading boots and a fly reel from this company, and man, they took forever to get here. The boots took like a whole month, and the reel has been MIA for over 2 weeks now. I figured it was a fluke, but after checking out other reviews online, turns out this is pretty common with them. The fact that they don't keep customers in the loop about shipping times really bums me out, and now I'm not sure if I'll shop with them again.
Bike purchase delay
I bought a bike from this company thinking it would come soon, but it's been four weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. They said it was in stock and would ship in two weeks, but that didn't happen. I'm really upset about the lack of communication and transparency. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It seems like their prices are low because they use dropshipping, but that just made my experience bad.
Wire spool purchase
I bought a spool of wire from Aventuron that they said was 225 feet long, but it turned out to be only 200 feet when I got it. When I told them about the mistake, they blamed the manufacturer and wouldn't check the other spools I bought. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, they made me jump through hoops for proof. Turns out, the manufacturer only makes 200 foot spools, not the 225 feet Aventuron claimed. Aventuron wouldn't take responsibility and seemed more concerned about their bottom line than making things right.
Online purchase
I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I ordered something from them weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. They were quick to take my money, but not so quick to send out the product. I've tried calling them a bunch of times, no luck. And my emails? Same deal - no response. Save yourself the headache and check out other places for what you need.

The company where I got my mountain bike seems to really focus on using search engine optimization to get customers, but they are not so great with keeping track of their inventory. Even though they say items are in stock when you buy them, they often don't actually have them available. I've had to check in multiple times about my order, and I'm still waiting for my refund over a week later. It's frustrating that they don't pick up the phone, and it seems like their customer service might not even be local. It's disappointing to see them present themselves as a small family business when they actually operate more like a big online store just after money.

I had a bummer of an experience with the customer service chat on this site recently. I tried to reach out when they were closed, hoping for an email response like their website said. I had signed up for a 10% discount link, but never got it in my email. So, I asked about it in the chat. The response I got wasn't helpful at all - they just said all the items in my cart were on sale and the link wouldn't work. I tried again, asking for the email link and listing the items in my cart, but they just brushed me off, saying they "thought" everything was on sale. It was pretty frustrating not getting a clear answer or the coupon I deserved. Customers should feel valued and respected, especially when they're trying to buy something. The way they responded was rude and unprofessional, making me question if this company is trustworthy.

I just bought a mountain bike from this company and it was a total disaster. The customer service was practically non-existent, the prices were sky-high, and the delivery took forever. I ain't ever buying from them again.

I bought a couple of bike tubes from this store not too long ago. But man, I've been having some problems since then. My order hasn't shipped out and I can't even track where it is. I've tried sending a bunch of emails but no one's getting back to me. I even called them up, but no one picked up the phone. It's super annoying how they're not keeping me in the loop and the slow shipping is driving me crazy.
