Black dress purchase with delivery charges
I recently bought a black dress online that costs almost £150 including delivery fees. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received my order. I've been trying to contact them through email, but haven't heard anything back about what's going on. This whole lack of communication and slow delivery is really not cool. I need the company to fix this ASAP before they upset more customers. I'm S. Robbins, and I'm going to keep bugging them until they sort this out.

I just bought some flowers and berries as a gift for my friend who's fighting cancer. The delivery was quick and the stuff was top-notch. She was so happy and it really made her day. I'm so thankful for how much it brightened up her tough situation. Thanks for always going above and beyond.

I had a bummer of an experience with the customer service chat on this site recently. I tried to reach out when they were closed, hoping for an email response like their website said. I had signed up for a 10% discount link, but never got it in my email. So, I asked about it in the chat. The response I got wasn't helpful at all - they just said all the items in my cart were on sale and the link wouldn't work. I tried again, asking for the email link and listing the items in my cart, but they just brushed me off, saying they "thought" everything was on sale. It was pretty frustrating not getting a clear answer or the coupon I deserved. Customers should feel valued and respected, especially when they're trying to buy something. The way they responded was rude and unprofessional, making me question if this company is trustworthy.

Multiple pieces of jewelry
I recently bought a bunch of jewelry from this store when they were having a sale. I gotta say, I was really disappointed with what I got. The crystals, gems, and gold all looked kinda boring and dull, definitely not as sparkly as they seemed in the pictures online. It looks like those photos were probably edited a lot to make the jewelry look better. On top of that, the packaging was pretty cheap - everything came in these little plastic bags instead of nice boxes like I was expecting. It made it hard for me to give the jewelry to my sister like I had planned. Overall, I was just not impressed with the whole buying experience.
