I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I ordered something from them weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. They were quick to take my money, but not so quick to send out the product. I've tried calling them a bunch of times, no luck. And my emails? Same deal - no response. Save yourself the headache and check out other places for what you need.

Dance pants for my daughter
I just bought my daughter a pair of dance pants from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I got them in her regular size based on the website's size chart, but when they showed up, they were way too tight. I reached out to customer service about returning them, and I couldn't believe it when they told me I had to foot the bill for the return shipping. Grudgingly, I ordered a size up and shipped the small ones back like they asked me to.

Overpriced products
I am never buying from this company again. Their customer service sucks, the return process is a nightmare, and it took forever to get my problem fixed. I ordered this big thing and it came in crappy shape. Trying to return it was a total pain, they made it so hard. They only reached out to me after I left a bad review, and even then it took them forever to pick it up. And now, months later, I still haven't got my money back. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company unless you're 100% sure you won't need to return anything, because their customer service is a joke.

Rental car experience
I recently rented a car from the exact location in LA. When I booked my reservation online, I specifically selected a "Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar" as my preferred vehicle. However, upon arriving at the rental location, I was disappointed to find out that the only options available for me to choose from were a Jeep Compass and a Dodge Journey. These vehicles are significantly cheaper and not in the same class as the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had requested. Despite my expectations, I was not offered any sort of compensation or discount for this downgrade in vehicle selection. As a customer who specifically chose National Car Rental to avoid such situations, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
