    Rental car experience at airport

    I had a really bad experience with a car rental company at the airport recently. At first, everything was okay when I got the car, but soon after, it started making weird noises. Even though I hadn't driven it much, the car got worse really fast, and I had to reach out to the rental company for help. It was a big hassle, especially because I had my pregnant wife and young kid with me. The fact that they didn't seem too worried about our safety was concerning. They even told us to drive to a different spot for a new car instead of fixing the issues right away.

    Unhelpful and Rude Customer Service

    I had a rough time dealing with the staff at London City Airport. I asked for help and got a snarky and unhelpful response from one person. It was pretty upsetting to be treated like that, and it got me thinking why a company would hire someone who doesn't know how to be polite and professional. But hey, at least I'm not a customer of theirs and I sure don't plan on ever being one. Good customer service is super important for any business, and it's a shame this company doesn't seem to get that.

    Prepaid rental car

    I reserved and paid for a rental car online before my trip to New Orleans. When I got to the rental car counter, the employee wouldn't give me the car because she said the name on the reservation didn't match the name on my credit card. I tried to show her the confirmation and my credit card, but she was being stubborn and not helpful at all. It really left me stuck at the airport, needing to quickly book another rental car but at a way higher price. It was honestly a terrible experience dealing with National Car Rental.

    I've rented cars from this company several times in the past few years and let me tell you, they've always met my expectations. Any problems I've had were quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. The Emerald club system has been a total game-changer for me because I can pick my own car. The cars are in really good shape, mostly new with low mileage, and always spotless inside and out. The staff is always super nice and efficient, which makes the whole rental process super easy. Unlike other car rental places, I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes in line to check out or return a car. It may be a bit pricier, but it's totally worth the extra money for the top-notch service and convenience.

    I had a pretty bad experience with a rental car company not too long ago. I made a reservation ahead of time but when I got there, they didn't have the car I wanted. The employees were pushing me to take a smaller car without giving me much of a discount. On top of that, they were trying to get me to buy extra insurance that I didn't need. Even though there weren't many people waiting, I had to wait a long time at the counter. And to make matters worse, the staff was really rude and unprofessional.

    This rental service is a total rip-off! I rented a car from them and when I asked the employees to check the car for any damages, they wouldn't even get up from their seats. Then, when I returned the car, they still wouldn't inspect it and later charged me $1300 for damages that weren't even my fault. It's a total scam and they are being dishonest.

    I recently rented a car from this company and I was really let down by the service I got. They already charged my credit card for the rental, but then they wouldn't give me a receipt for the payment. As a loyal customer, I was really disappointed by this lack of transparency and responsibility. I rented the car for a long time and I needed those receipts for my records, but they said I wouldn't get them until after I returned the car. That just doesn't make sense and is not convenient for customers who need proof of their transactions. I hope the company can make some changes to make sure they provide better customer service in the future.

    Overcharged rental

    I recently rented a car from a rental company at the Savannah airport and man, let me tell you, the experience was a total bust. They told me it would be $1500 for a whole month, but when I returned the car, they hit me with a $1900 bill. I was like, "What the heck?" The customer service people said they'd refund the extra $400, but after calling and emailing them a bunch of times, I still haven't seen a dime. It's just not cool, you know? This kind of shady business is not okay and it's totally unprofessional. If you're thinking about renting from this company, watch out for sneaky charges and empty promises, that's all I gotta say.

    My family and I rented a car from this place in Bergerac, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. When we picked up the car, the guy there said all the scratches were already noted down and they had pictures of the damage. But when we brought it back, they tried blaming us for a scuff on the bumper that was totally there before. I was like, “no way!” I told them about the pics they supposedly had, and they were all like, “sorry, don't exist.” Seriously? Luckily, we had our own pictures to show. But they kept insisting it was us who made the scratch. I felt so scammed and taken advantage of. Never again, folks!

    Rental car experience

    The service I got when I rented a car was top-notch. From when I first showed up at the counter to when I drove away, I was really impressed with how well they treated me. Cynthia, Mr. Wolf, Anthony, and Al all went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and kept in the loop throughout the whole thing. I really liked how professional and thorough they all were. Thanks to everyone for giving me such a great experience.

    Villahermosa Airport car rental experience

    I had a really bad experience with a car rental reservation at Villahermosa Airport. I made the reservation for a car rental on November 24th, 2019, but when I got to the airport, the rental company's agent told me they didn't have the car I booked and didn't have any other cars available. I had to try to get a refund through the booking website, but they only offered me a partial refund even though I didn't get any service. I even tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but National said I was a no-show and that there were cars available. It was really frustrating and expensive for me dealing with National and holidayautos.com. In the end, I had to book a car with another company at a higher price on top of losing my original booking.

    After renting a car twice in Denmark and Spain, I gotta say I was really impressed. The whole process was super easy, the cars were in awesome shape, and the customer service was amazing. I'm already excited to book with them again for my next trip to Denmark in November.

    Overpriced and Disappointing Rental

    My experience with National Car Rental in Turkey was a total disaster! We wanted to rent an SUV, but when we got there, they wanted to give us a smaller car and had the nerve to suggest an extra $129 per day for a different one. And on top of that, the customer service was so incredibly rude. When we complained, the worker, Ahmet, just brushed us off and said, "this is Turkey, things are done differently here." It was just awful. And to make matters worse, when we returned the car, my son realized he had forgotten his Ray Ban sunglasses inside. When we went back the next day, they claimed they didn't have them, even though we knew exactly where they were left. Their lack of honesty was truly disappointing. We tried to contact the corporate office in Istanbul for help, but couldn't get through to anyone. Overall, it was a horrible experience that we definitely won't be going through again.

    Delayed Arrival Vehicle Rental

    I had a rough time with my van reservation at the car rental place recently. I had booked it for a two-week trip to Hokkaido, Japan. But my flight got switched around, so I ended up arriving a day later than I was supposed to. I called the company to let them know about the delay, but was bummed to find out they didn't have any cars for me when I got there. It was frustrating that they couldn't work with me, especially given the situation. I felt like they let me down, but luckily I found another rental agency, Toco, that was able to help me out.

    I recently rented a car from the exact location in LA. When I booked my reservation online, I specifically selected a "Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar" as my preferred vehicle. However, upon arriving at the rental location, I was disappointed to find out that the only options available for me to choose from were a Jeep Compass and a Dodge Journey. These vehicles are significantly cheaper and not in the same class as the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had requested. Despite my expectations, I was not offered any sort of compensation or discount for this downgrade in vehicle selection. As a customer who specifically chose National Car Rental to avoid such situations, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

    But for my personal or family tours or usages I never hired NCR services Not affordable for maximum customers due to three times higher tariff then other cab agencies I read somewhere this company is designed to target official or corporate sector customers who never take pain for money and ready to paid whatever charges are
    This is not good at all ,common customers market is bigger then business market
