Unacceptable quality product
The product I got from this company was really poor quality. The pictures online didn't show what it actually looked like in person. It was a huge letdown, especially considering how much I paid for it. And on top of that, the shipping charges were crazy high. I ended up spending a lot on shipping, for both the delivery and return. It was so frustrating to spend all that money on a product that didn't meet my expectations and then have to pay to send it back. The delivery also took way longer than they originally said, which was a big hassle. Overall, my experience with this company was super disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Note-taking platform with monetary incentives
I really like using this note-taking platform because it's way more efficient than others out there. It's cool that students can earn real money for taking and sharing notes, it's like a little reward for your hard work. The platform has a bunch of different notes that I haven't seen in my classes, which is super helpful. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that they don't let you know who wins the raffle contests, it's kind of a bummer. But besides that, I really do like using the platform.
