Online purchase and return
I just bought something online and wanted to return it. But man, let me tell you, the whole process was so frustrating. The website basically tricked me into choosing 'drop off' for the return when what I really needed was a home pick-up. After reaching out for help, I waited four whole days just to be told I had to set up a UPS collection for my package. And to top it all off, UPS asked me for a tracking number that was nowhere to be found. So now I'm stuck with this package all packed up and no clue how to send it back. This whole thing has been a letdown, and I'm definitely rethinking shopping here in the future.

Ordering from here was really easy, and I ended up with a great installer. I was kind of nervous at first because I didn't purchase my tires from them, but they turned out to be super friendly and helpful. Everything went really smoothly and I didn't have to stress at all. Overpriced and Disappointing Rental
My experience with National Car Rental in Turkey was a total disaster! We wanted to rent an SUV, but when we got there, they wanted to give us a smaller car and had the nerve to suggest an extra $129 per day for a different one. And on top of that, the customer service was so incredibly rude. When we complained, the worker, Ahmet, just brushed us off and said, "this is Turkey, things are done differently here." It was just awful. And to make matters worse, when we returned the car, my son realized he had forgotten his Ray Ban sunglasses inside. When we went back the next day, they claimed they didn't have them, even though we knew exactly where they were left. Their lack of honesty was truly disappointing. We tried to contact the corporate office in Istanbul for help, but couldn't get through to anyone. Overall, it was a horrible experience that we definitely won't be going through again.

Curtains
I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first since I'd never heard of it before and the prices seemed too good to be true. But after looking into it, I decided to go for it and buy some curtains. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted. It looks like they're more of a third-party seller, but the prices can't be beat, especially since my curtains came directly from a popular store's warehouse. Tanga is definitely my new favorite place to shop now.
