    Black Friday order

    This company is a total scam. I ordered stuff on Black Friday and still haven't gotten it. They kept changing the delivery date, which just made me mad and bummed out. It seems like they don't even have what I bought, but they still took my money. Now I gotta go buy the stuff somewhere else, and I gotta pay full price because of how bad they messed up. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

    Rental car experience at airport

    I had a really bad experience with a car rental company at the airport recently. At first, everything was okay when I got the car, but soon after, it started making weird noises. Even though I hadn't driven it much, the car got worse really fast, and I had to reach out to the rental company for help. It was a big hassle, especially because I had my pregnant wife and young kid with me. The fact that they didn't seem too worried about our safety was concerning. They even told us to drive to a different spot for a new car instead of fixing the issues right away.

    New customer, service interruption, billing issue

    I'm a new customer of this service and I gotta say, I had a major hiccup with my TV and internet services only a couple weeks in. I went ahead and canceled, got a cancellation code and all that jazz, but here I am three months later still getting billed. What really grinds my gears is that even after trying to fix it multiple times and updating my payment info, the company keeps trying to charge my old card. It's super frustrating to deal with such lousy service and unresolved billing problems even after reaching out to the provider multiple times.

    I recently got this big ol' dog bed from the company, and at first, I was happy with how comfy it was for my furry buddy. But after just a few months, I noticed the cover started falling apart at the seams. I know normal wear and tear happens, but this seemed more like a quality problem. I was pretty bummed about it, so I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the issue. Their response was kinda meh, like they knew their stuff wasn't great but didn't care to fix it. That lack of caring really disappointed me, so now I'm warning others not to make the same mistake.

    I got these really awesome black shoes online and I was pumped to receive them. But when they showed up, they were the wrong color - seriously, what's up with that? I reached out to customer service twice and they promised to email me a return label. But surprise, surprise - I never got it! I even checked my spam folder, nothing there either. I'm really disappointed that I didn't get the shoes I was looking forward to, and customer service definitely messed up. Not happy with this shoe company at all, would not recommend.

    House cleanout service

    The folks at this company really went above and beyond. They did a great job cleaning out my dad's cluttered house, even moving big, heavy furniture with no problems at all. I was amazed at how fast I could book online and have them at my door in just 2 hours. The two people who showed up were so nice, polite, and respectful the whole time. I'm super happy with the work they did and will definitely call on them again, especially since I need my basement cleared out next.

    Plaid Splicing Jacket purchase

    So, I bought this Plaid Splicing Jacket from this company, and man, what a letdown. The sizing was way off - I ordered a 3XL but it fits more like a regular M to L. Plus, the gold piping I was excited about turned out to be fake. Like, why not use real piping instead of printing it on the fabric? Seems like they care more about tricking people than making a quality product. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this was too much. Thinking about returning it, but based on other reviews, I doubt I'll get a proper refund. Might just repurpose the fabric myself to make something better.
