2 t-shirts
I really like this place! I ordered 2 t-shirts on a Sunday night, but only got one at first because of a mistake at the warehouse. But when I reached out to customer service, Ed from live chat came to the rescue and fixed everything right away by sending out the missing shirt the next day. Ed was super nice, friendly, and genuinely sorry for the mix-up. It was cool to see that they care so much about making customers happy. <br><br>And the best part? The t-shirts were a steal, half off during the sale. I was kinda unsure about the quality at first, but after getting my order, I can say for sure that the products are legit. <br><br>Overall, shoutout to Ed and the team for their awesome customer service, great clothes at amazing prices, and quick problem-solving. Maison De Fashion is definitely worth checking out!
Clothing item
I bought some clothes from Maison De Fashion recently and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty impressive. I placed my order on November 8th and got my stuff on November 9th with standard shipping. The clothes were all nicely packed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper, which I thought was a nice little detail. Plus, the owner sent me a personalized email thanking me for my purchase, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went down - from ordering to delivery.
Quick and easy shopping experience
I gotta say, I don't normally write reviews, but I had to shout out some props where props are due. So, I had a couple questions about my purchase, right? This place is amazing! I was so impressed by how fast and helpful the service was. I ordered a black leather jacket on a Friday night, and by Sunday morning, it was already delivered to me. Purchased oversized clothing
I recently bought something from this store. The thing came on time and matched the description, but it was too big for me so I had to send it back. The refund was fast, but that's about all the good I can say. The customer service is not great - they never pick up the phone or call back, and when they do answer emails, it's not very helpful. It feels like a small, not so pro shop with limited abilities, which worries me if anything goes wrong. In the end, my experience was not great and I probably won't shop here again.
Cute clothes
I read some reviews where people said the delivery took forever, but my order came really fast! I got a bunch of adorable clothes and they arrived on different days, but surprisingly quick. They must be really hustling to get them shipped out. I was thrilled when they finally showed up!
Denim jacket purchase
I just bought a denim jacket from Maison De Fashion and at first, I was a little worried about the price. But when I talked to the customer service team, they actually gave me a price match which was pretty cool. I did have a small issue with getting a response about the price match, which was a bit annoying. But I have to say, the denim jacket was just like they said it would be on the website. So overall, I was happy with the product.
Black Friday sale purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about how real the products would be because of the huge discount for Black Friday, but I was really impressed. The stuff I bought ended up being legit designer gear, and the quality was even better than I thought. I'm definitely coming back to shop here again.
Beanie hat
I just got the cutest beanie hat from Maison De Fashion and I'm totally in love with it! It arrived right on schedule and the quality is top-notch. I'm excited to rock this hat every chance I get. You should definitely check out their shop!
