Recent whisky purchase
I recently bought some whiskey from this online store and let me tell you, I am super impressed. Ordering was easy, no confusion or weird steps to deal with. The delivery was surprisingly fast and my bottles came in perfect condition. The prices for the whiskey I got were really good, especially for the high quality and limited edition cask strength stuff. My store , favorite store of all time Eight years relationship with TWB I always prefer single grain scotch whiskey Classic collection of tastes for almost leading categories Invergordon a brand of its kind Though all brands of single grain is good but my favorite it Invergordon ,lovely bottle great taste.

This was my first time ordering from this place, and I got two special edition bottles that arrived really quickly. They were packaged up nicely, and none of them were broken. The cost was pretty average compared to other stores, but other places usually give you free shipping if you buy a bunch of items. I ended up choosing this place because they were the only ones with the items I was looking for - everything else was sold out. Overall, I was really happy with my experience and I'll definitely be coming back to see what other cool stuff they have in the future.
Whisky bottles
I gotta tell ya, I was actually quite happy with how nice the whisky bottles I ordered turned out to be. Even though I saw some bad reviews about the packaging, my bottles got here in great shape and still had that whisky scent. All in all, I'm super happy with what I got.

As a customer at The Whisky Barrel, I gotta say I was really bummed out by how much they were charging for the bottles I wanted to buy. I did some research on a bunch of different websites, even the official ones, and found out that The Whisky Barrel was asking way more for the bottles I wanted. Like, one bottle I was thinking about was listed for £1200 on their site, but it was way cheaper on other sites and even the official price was lower. I couldn't believe the huge price difference and didn't see how I could shell out that much money for a bottle that cost so much more at The Whisky Barrel. And it wasn't just that one bottle - lots of their whiskies were overpriced compared to other places. I don't get why some people talk about how great their prices are, 'cause that was definitely not my experience.

I had a great time shopping at The Whisky Barrel. They had a ton of different products to choose from, and I thought their prices were pretty fair. The website was super easy to use, I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed.

Requested 4 matching barrels
I just bought 4 barrels from this store and all of them came messed up. The cuts were all crooked and they're basically useless. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. They ignored my complaints and straight-up lied about giving me a refund or replacement just to shut me up. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from the staff really let me down. It's obvious they don't care about their customers. I'd suggest going somewhere else to shop.
Overpriced bottles
I was really let down by my visit to The Whisky Barrel. The prices for the bottles I bought were way too high, and it felt like they were trying to rip me off. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who wants a good deal on some nice whisky.
International delivery order
My experience with The Whisky Barrel was pretty disappointing. I tried to get an order delivered internationally and had a bad time with their courier. Even though I was home all day, the courier said I turned down the package, which left me out of money and without my order. It was so annoying to deal with a situation where the courier didn't even try to deliver it and just sent it back to the UK. The way this whole issue was handled without any accountability or good customer service was a letdown. I get that it wasn't directly The Whisky Barrel's fault for what the courier did, but I think they need to make sure international deliveries go smoothly or think about not offering them at all.
