This was actually my second time buying shoes, and let me tell you, I was pretty pumped to get my order. But man, was I bummed when I had to swap sizes not just once, but three times! Still, even though that was a hassle, I gotta give props to the company because the whole size-exchange thing was way easier and quicker than I thought it would be. And get this - the delivery showed up earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice little bonus. So, even with all the back-and-forth, I gotta say, I definitely recommend this company because their stuff is just top-notch.
Sand color boots
I wasn't sure about getting the Sand color boots at first because I wasn't too impressed at the beginning. But I figured I'd give them a shot and tried them on at home for a bit. After adjusting the strap, I realized that the 5 UK size, which is one size bigger than my usual 4 UK, actually fit nicely. They're a tad wide, but it makes them extra comfy for walking. You don't want them squeezing your feet too much, that's for sure. All in all, I'm pleased with my buy and I think I'll hang onto them.
Lowmel Ugg trainer
I just bought a pair of Lowmel trainers, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how good they are. The delivery was super quick, which was a nice bonus. These trainers are top-notch quality and super comfy to wear. I was patiently waiting for them to be available again, and I'm so happy I finally snagged a pair. I usually wear a size 5 UK, and they fit me just right, so if your feet are more like a size 6, I'd suggest going up a size.
21st birthday present
I bought my granddaughter a pair of boots for her 21st birthday since she really wanted them. The service was great and they got here super fast. I'm crossing my fingers that they fit her right and that she'll absolutely adore them.

Shoes
I ordered these really cute shoes online and I was super excited to get them! I checked the tracking and it said they were supposed to arrive on a specific day. But when I looked outside, the shoes weren't there! I was totally confused and upset. I even checked the camera and saw that the delivery person took my shoes to the wrong house! Seriously, it shouldn't be that difficult to deliver to the correct place, especially when I was home the whole time. Not cool at all.

Next day delivery service
I was super pumped to test out this company's next day delivery service, which you can get for an extra charge. So, I put in my order and picked the next day delivery option, happily paying the extra fee for the convenience. But guess what? The company promised they'd get it to me the next day, yet when that day rolled around, my stuff was a no-show. Bummer! So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team. I ended up chatting with a lady named Carly, who, unfortunately, couldn't hook me up with a refund for that delivery fee. That just did not sit well with me, you know? I felt like the company dropped the ball big time by not sticking to their end of the deal with the on-time delivery. The fact that they weren't owning up to it or trying to make things right left me pretty bummed out about the whole ordeal.
Ultra Mini boots for daughter
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I bought the Ultra Mini boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and after just one time wearing them, the material started falling apart. I followed all the care instructions and even got the official protector kit, but it didn't make a difference. When I contacted customer service, they accused me of mishandling the boots. After a series of emails, they finally agreed to exchange the boots, but the whole process has been a total nightmare. I sent the boots back with tracking to show they were delivered 19 days ago, but they claim they haven't gotten them. I've been shuffled between different people and even though they said they escalated the issue to management three times, I haven't heard anything back. It's been incredibly frustrating and disappointing dealing with their lack of communication and responsibility.

These boots are so cute, but let me tell you, the delivery service was a total mess! I was so pumped to finally get my hands on them after ordering online. Can you believe DPD just left them sitting on my porch for everyone to see? My mom ended up finding them first and she was not happy since I didn't even know they were coming. Talk about embarrassing!

My boots are so comfy and just what I wanted. I did shell out extra for next day shipping and was bummed when they came a day late. The boots are awesome, but the delivery delay was annoying.
Slippers
The slippers are really good quality, but man, the sizing is way off. I normally wear a size 9 in all my shoes, so I thought I'd play it safe and order a 10 after reading some reviews. But even with that, they were still too tight. Unless you have totally flat feet, you're gonna have a tough time getting these on.
