Order notification issue
I bought something recently but never got a notification confirming that the order was received. I'm pretty worried about this because I've never had a problem like this with any other company in the past. If they can't even get the communication right from the start, it makes me wonder how they would handle any problems with orders later on.

Oh my gosh, seriously, what is going on?! The shakes were amazing before. But then they introduced these prebiotic ones that were a complete failure. They had no taste and were way too thick, it was like eating with a spoon. And let's not even talk about the vegan ones, they taste so chalky and leave a strange film. Please bring back the original flavors! I can't find any shakes I enjoy now. I'm so disappointed, I won't be purchasing any shakes from here again.

Boots
I ordered a pair of boots late one night, and I was amazed when they arrived at my remote house the next day. The service was excellent, and I was really impressed. It's rare to find a company that actually delivers on their promises, but this one did. I am very happy with my purchase overall.
