The customer service at this store was awesome. I had to return a battery that was still under warranty, and the staff made it super easy and stress-free. As someone who's trying out audio books on the Android app for the first time, it would be really helpful to have a chapter menu. It would make it a lot easier to move around in the content. Having this feature would make the whole experience better by letting us go back to specific chapters without having to just rely on the 30-second rewind button.

Prescription pet medication purchase
I gotta say, I am beyond disappointed with the service from this company. I've never dealt with such incompetence and lack of care for customers before. It's been more than 7 weeks of going back and forth, hearing excuses, and dealing with delays just to get my pup's meds. I've ordered from other international pet med places with no problems, but this one is a total mess. It seriously feels like a scam with how they handle orders and talk to customers. Do yourself a favor and find another place for your pet's meds.

Necklace purchase
I recently bought a necklace from Lattelier, and I have to say, I was really let down. First off, the thing was supposed to be on sale for a good deal, but it took a whopping three weeks to arrive instead of the 7-10 days they promised. And when I finally got it, the quality was just not worth the price tag. The material was flimsy, the design was nothing special, and to top it all off, it even had fake pockets. As if that wasn't bad enough, the necklace is a wrinkled mess that just won't straighten out. Needless to say, I'm pretty annoyed with this purchase.

I've been with them for a bit and every time they have a sale on photography courses, I jump on it. But lately, I've noticed they're not keeping up. The photography courses are outdated, missing info on new mirrorless cameras and drones. Some courses are old and need a refresh. It feels like they're always having sales, which makes me think they're having trouble keeping up. Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if someone buys them out soon.

Misleading free trial
My experience with this service was really disappointing. I signed up for the free trial all excited to try out different classes, but then I realized I couldn't access most of them unless I paid up, even though I had credits. Suddenly, I was switched to a paid membership and started getting charged without any heads up. When I contacted customer support, all I got was a generic response that didn't even address my concerns. It's pretty sad to see a company operate like that. It's clear this isn't just a one-off thing, lots of others have had the same issues. It's just terrible and embarrassing to see this kind of business practice.
