Convenient website, extensive product range, expensive
I used to really like shopping on this website because it was super easy and they had a lot of stuff to pick from. But lately, I've noticed that their prices have gone up a lot, which makes them not as good a deal as some other online stores. I hope they think about changing things up to get more people shopping with them.
Variety of options
I thought there were so many products to choose from on this site. I spent a lot of time looking at all the different fragrances and ended up picking one that I really loved. But then I got frustrated because it took more than a week for my order to show up. That's just not cool nowadays, with so many other online stores delivering way faster. I was really let down by how slow and inefficient the whole thing was.
Bad experience with customer service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service. They didn't pick up the phone, and when I sent them an email, they didn't give me the right answers to my questions. It's super frustrating as a customer when it seems like they're not taking my questions about the products seriously. I reached out again on 5/24 with my questions, but I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK from them at all. I'm honestly surprised that their customer service has gotten so bad, especially since I had a good experience with their product delivery in the past. It feels like they're not interested in getting new orders from customers. If a real person could just give me a call and address my concerns before I make a purchase, that would be great. If not, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
