Final Sale items can not be refunded or exchanged. Special or custom order also falls in the same category. Orders to which you have added prescription (Rx) are final sales. These products are non-returnable because the products have been altered.

I placed an order with ShadesDaddy for a pair of Versace frames. The service is outstanding, accompanied by excellent customer service. The shipping was at lightning speed, being delivered three days prior to actual delivery date. The price was superb, better than any other. The box was well packaged with care and I received a Versace case, card, cleaning cloth and a complimented ShadesDaddy cleaner and cloth. We shall highly recommend ShadesDaddy to everyone. I'm extremely satisfied with their service as well as their quality merchandise. I personally would rate ShadesDaddy far more than five stars.
